We had the opportunity to eat at Moe’s for the first time. They were able to accommodate our vegan/ gluten-free lifestyle. I was trying not to compare it to other quick southwest grills but it was difficult. It wasn’t as flavorful as I expected. They did offer a salsa bar for added spice. The only real difference was that they cubed their tofu, which was still tasty but we prefer softitas a little more. We still really enjoyed our meal and the restaurant was clean. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff tonight 2/23/2026 was amazing. Coming from out of town I was nervous to try my favorite chain but my experience was so comfortable and refreshing. A1 service, fresh food and great vibes . Anytime I visit I will not hesitate to return.

I’ve never been to a Moe’s before this one and it’s becoming one of my most favorite places.
The food is fantastic. I love nachos. Probably one of the greatest foods on the planet. Nachos are piled high with an abundance of meat and toppings.
The restaurant is pretty clean. However the coke slushy always seems to be funky. It just doesn’t work properly and it’s been that way for months.
Now for service.
There is one employee in particular who stands out. That is Sheya. When she is working everyone is greeted with a “Welcome to Moe’s” and a big smile. She makes me feel like I am walking into my friend’s house. Sheya will ask about my family with a genuine interest. She knows my family’s order (5 of us!), and I know we aren’t the only ones. I’ve watched her interact with others and she treats everyone with such kindness and respect.
I wish more employees, and people in general were like Sheya. She spreads kindness and Moe’s is lucky to have her.

My first time going I got crunchy tacos and the meat had way to much salt and didn’t taste good at all I did get ground beef. The crunchy taco by itself was ok but I couldn’t eat the meat . But other people might like it I honestly tried to like it because the taco with meat , cheese and lettuce looked good . But I might eventually try something else. The restaurant itself was nice atmosphere and employee was excellent.

Our second time going in, and we regret it. The entire place smells like a sewer. Apparently there was some kind of toilet/sewage back up. The entire place smelled like feces. It was enough to make you want to puke.
Food prices have gone up, and the food quality has gone down.
While we were there, two children came in and started harassing customers with some kind of scam. Employees didn’t care about them doing this.
Honestly, this was absolutely horrible, and I can’t help but wonder why this place is even open. Do not go here. Spend your money next door at Five Guys or find something else.

We’ve eaten at Moe’s several times and it used to be one of our favorites but we will be finding a different location. Our most recent visit to the Four Corners location in Clermont off Highway 27 was terrible. The food was OK but the service was atrocious. When we arrived at 7pm We were the only people in line and waited for 20 minutes for them to pay attention to us. Once they finally started helping our party of six, they did the first order then stopped to do online orders. We had to tell them we were together and please do our orders together. They ignored us the first time and we had to tell them again. While preparing our food, they we’re rude and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. One of the quesadillas was only half melted and the stack was soggy. It’s almost like this location is under new management and they’re clueless about how to run a food service business. My four kids have all been in food service and have all been trained how to treat customers. I had to tell them every single thing to do. It’s like they didn’t understand their own menu. This is next level incompetence folks. I’ll be calling corporate about this one. But wait, there’s more. All of the salsa’s were gone and the Tofu was gone. I told them about the salsa and they barely acknowledged I said anything and didn’t refill them. Also one of the bathrooms was out of commission.

My family comes here once a week and normally it’s really good but last night they dropped the ball it was a terrible experience. I placed the order through the app they couldn’t find my order so I had to come inside and re order the bowl wasn’t good and the chips wasn’t fresh. I won’t be back for a while

The food and service in thIs Moe’s location was good – what we expect when we go to any Moe’s location. But the 5-star review is for the service received *after* our dining experience.
My family was just beginning an 8-hour drive home after a lacrosse tournament in Orlando and Moe’s is always a go-to for us on a road trip. My son brought in a change of clothes and changed in the restroom … and then promptly left his backpack (with his uniform, phone chargers, etc.) in our booth… and we didn’t realize this until we were about 2 hours from home.
I called back to the Moe’s location and after a little bit of back and forth, one of their employees (Yash) took the backpack to UPS and shipped it back to us. I’m still trying to get his information to reimburse him for the expense, but nevertheless this over-and-above service really surprised and delighted us. Thank you, Yash.

You better have the app if you want the Moe Monday deal. You also don’t need to expect a greeting or a courteous reply to your greeting if the guy with the glasses who didn’t serve me is there. No “hello”, no “this is how you get the app” just “you have the app? You have to have the app” and then just standing there and staring at me sayingnothing. I was the only person in the store but I took the hint and projected attitude and left. Used to love Moe’s. The ones I have been to in the past were friendly and helpful. I guess there is no more “Welcome to Moe’s ” at Moe’s.
