The lobby and kitchen were very nice and clean. I have been coming here almost every night and sometimes in the morning for the past 6 months. I have never had any issues other than running out of items like ham or lettuce, and I know that this is not the servers or cooks / preparation persons’ fault. I have been able to get to know a couple of employees who have been very helpful and friendly . I have seen them go out of the way to make customers happy(especially me). I would like to recognize these two individuals who do an amazing job .
First is Dee. We have had some great conversations about her abilities and acknowledgment of her duties. You are doing an amazing job and keep up the great work.
Next is a very big guy who has an awesome personality and is there to help. I haven’t got his name yet. And together, they are an awesome team. Thank you Hardee’s for keeping great personnel. :
On a personal note……
I have seen both of them work the restaurant by themselves and deserve recognition and respect .

Ordered the big cheeseburger because I havent eaten in 2 days. Figured it would be pretty big and I would be able to eat on it during my drive. I get that the burger wasnt going to look like the picture… but it wasnt even close… it had me wondering if I really got the right item. Fries were luke warm. I havent eaten Hardee’s in years… but it just seems like the price has gone up and the quality has gone down. Will not be returning. Please save your money and stop eating at these places. We are only telling them that this is okay. It isnt. The workers were nice.

Ordered the wrap. It wasn’t even wrapped properly. U get one small peice of chicken for the price of $4 when u can just get 3 tenders instead and come out better. Also, the one size small milkshake is almost $5. It’s the exact same as mcdonalds shakes. Only difference is you can get a medium shake at mcd and still come out cheaper then Hardeees one size small.

Frisco burgers are supposed to have toasted buns and be warm enough to melt the cheese. I got neither.
Update: A few weeks later I decided to try this location again. This time I ordered a BLT Frisco burger. I was charged $7.59 even though the menu for a Frisco shows $6 something cents. I guess adding lettuce is expensive. Guess what? I was given a regular Frisco. No lettuce! Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after I left. Check your order before leaving. Better yet, just find somewhere else to eat.

They removed my favorite breakfast item from the menu. I would drive the 10 miles for the fried pork chop and gravy biscuit. I’m sad. And no longer have a reason to go to Hardys.

So my husband and I were ordering a double mushroom and swiss medium combo meal and the ticker said 11.89 but it rang up 12 and change. And the cashier was starting to argue with my husband. So he got the manager in the love’s store who saw what the issue was and the cashier said she would charge us for a single but give us doubles. Needless to say, we got singles and my burger had looked like someone grabbed it putting a thumb impression in the bun. The fries were also not fresh and some were even cold. I took photos to share in case I decided to go back in. I did not go back in since I am disabled and the husband didnt go back in he needs to sleep before we head back out on the road. As a trucker’s wife, we see this more than we should where the price shows one and the cash register charges a different amount. I used to work for Hardee’s when I was in my early 20s, and customer service has changed as well.
