Food was terrible in my opinion but that is subjective, lettuce should never be hot pressed in a quesadilla because it wilts. My boyfriend said the pico de gallo was flavorless, the cashier overcharged us and when we complained about 2 quesadillas & 2 drinks being $42 , the cashier replied with his own complaints about them not being offered free food during lunch breaks- I digress because he seemed slow to begin with. The store was extremely filthy, as if we walked into an abandoned warehouse. Exibits A and B show what we saw from our table. Near my cup, MY CUP there were flies trapped in cobwebs indicating the place hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I’m going home to brush my teeth. Do better.

Ordered online came to pick up and my order hadn’t even been started. Mind you I was the only customer. Stood in the establishment a 15 whole minutes before receiving my food. I had to instruct the lady to please change her gloves before dealing with my food because she kept wiping sweat with the back of her hand (glove). Disgusting. I ordered a stack and it burned. The whole purpose of ordering online was so I could be in and out and back to my car in 30 seconds. Not stand around in my rollers. Tragic experience.

I have been ordering burritos through Uber Eats and the quality of the burritos are questionable. A $15+ burrito that is only 5 inches long on my last order and had something burnt and mysterious. See the photo. I do not recommend this place and have my receipt in case I get sick from this burrito.

This location is going down hill fast. Been going there ever since it opened years ago. All of the workers that were nice and had grwat customer service are all gone but they kept all the rude slow workers. Each time I go to give it another chance it gets worse. They never have enough people on to make all the orders and accommodate all the customers in the store. Everytime I order take out or delivery they always forget the extra sides I pay for and no one cares. You’ve lost a die hard customer.

We came in late on Saturday night and for the first time it looks like the place is coming together! The girl that served us was very clean and kept the food area clean and looking very fresh. She helped us with our Moe’s account and made sure we had used our rewards for the best deals. Overall an awesome experience!!

My family and I stopped into Moe’s Southwest Grill around 4:55 PM and were extremely disappointed with the experience. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost completely empty—only one table was occupied—and there were three customers waiting to pick up to-go orders. Despite this, the two employees working hadn’t even started preparing those orders.
We stood in line for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Being ignored for that long in a nearly empty restaurant is unacceptable.
For a large, well-known company, this level of disorganization and lack of basic customer service is appalling. I truly hope management considers hiring and training enough staff to properly take care of the overwhelming five customers in the store. This experience was frustrating and left a very poor impression.

The service at this establishment exceeded all expectations. From the very first minutes, you feel like a special guest, surrounded by care and attention. The staff is friendly, smiling, and ready to help in any situation. The food is also impeccable. We will definitely come back here.

My wife and I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill in Winter Haven and had an exceptional experience! The team (Mackenzie, Candace, and Sarah) provided top-notch hospitality that made us feel right at home. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

The AC must have been off, it was super hot inside. The worker kept apologizing for being new and was unsure of a lot of the questions we asked. Chips were inedible as they were soggy and greasy to the point you could fold them in half without cracking them. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
