Stopped by Moe’s Grill recently and was pleasantly surprised by how much it’s improved. The food quality was solid — fresh ingredients, good flavor, and everything tasted well made.
The store was also noticeably cleaner and better organized than before, which made a difference. The team was friendly and welcoming, and the manager checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, a really good experience and we’ll be back.

I had such a great experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and upbeat, which instantly set a positive tone. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I especially love how customizable everything is — you can build your meal exactly how you like it, and the ingredients always taste high quality. The free chips and salsa are a huge bonus, and the queso is absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the overall vibe was fun and relaxed. First time at Moe’s Southwest Grill and it definitely won’t be the last! The service was fast and friendly, and the staff suggested a variety of tacos I probably never would have tried on my own-but they were absolutely delicious. The chips were fresh, the queso was hot and perfectly melty, and the poblano crema was downright dreamy. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

This place has the best tofu in town but if the young girl is working, she will refuse to make it and send you away hungry. This happens weekly. Today @ 5:30pm she sent my son back out the door refusing to make tofu. Tofu is a staple on the Moe’s menu, not an option left to a miserable employee if they feel like making it! She is the worst. Crazy part is her family owns the restaurant and her brother is the nicest young man, as is the rest of her family. I have no idea why they let her work there and run the risk of loosing business. Such a nice family business, minus the daughter. I told my son to go back inside and ask again, this time she says it will be 12 minutes and was rude to him but at least he will have dinner. I wish they would move her somewhere else in the restaurant that is not customer-facing because she’s not nice to anyone, not even the other employees and it really brings down the upbeat and happy Moe’s vibe.

Yesterday I went to Moe’s because I was going to order with a T-mobile Tuesday deal. I first had to use the restroom. Nikki was there when I opened the door and there was no “welcome to Moe’s” greeting. Just a RBF saying “order here, pick up there”. I said thank you and proceeded to the bathroom with intention to order after. The bathroom smelled of mold, the paper towel dispenser was barely on the wall and the sink was covered in lime scale. I exited the bathroom and Nikki informed me that the restroom was only for customers. There are no signs that indicate that the restroom is only for customers. She was incredibly rude. A disgrace to the Moe’s name and brand.

This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Moe’s location. I ordered a vegetarian option, which already has limited protein choice of Tofu, and protein was not provided at all. When I raised this concern, there was no attempt to fix the issue, no replacement offered, and no alternative suggested—despite protein being a core part of the meal.
Instead, I was told that items like guacamole and cheese would cost extra, even though they were the only remaining options for a vegetarian meal due to the missing protein. Charging extra to compensate for their own failure is completely unreasonable.
The server, Raj, showed no interest in helping and did not demonstrate basic customer service. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was “not here” and was simply handed a phone number. The manager’s name provided was Chirag Patel. This is not how customer complaints should be handled—there was no ownership, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue.
This location lacks professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others—especially vegetarians—to avoid this place unless they’re prepared to pay extra for a meal that isn’t even served correctly.

We have been here 3 times now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. This place just does not have the typical Moe’s vibe. We have never heard the loud “Welcome to Moes” they may sometimes mumble it with a clear lack of enthusiasm but that’s about it. As others have mentioned, the food is sometimes dried out.
Today’s visit was probably our last. We were there around 4:30 and they had NO CHICKEN! Are you kidding me! This is dinner time. Didn’t seem like a big deal to them. Oh well, that is why they only have a 3.5 rating. I dont expect them to last long if things dont change. Too many other choices in the area.
Personally, I think the only 5 star ratings are from relatives or friends.

The food was good but the employee, he is not at all good , in the angry face he is making the food that he is American guy he is not at all listening to the customer. I had very bad experience next time I am not going to that restaurant, even I will suggest my friends and family members don’t go that restaurant. First time I went the Indian lady she made my food I am very happy at that time, I had good experiences and I went second time very bad experiences . I am not going next time .

I came in got 6 different meals 2 bowls 2 burritos also tacos and a quesadilla. Burritos and bowls automatically comes with a bag of chips. I asked and made sure I was getting chips for each meal he said yes, I get home open my food up and I only have ONE bigger bag of chips yes the bag is alil bigger than the ones that usually comes with it but this bag only equals 2 bags of chips. I felt rushed ordering my meals they were trying to make them all at once asking me a million question about each meal at once i asked the lady to give me a second cause I was thinking which protein I wanted she rolled her eyes. No patience whatsoever I had 3 other people with me no welcome in no greeting whatsoever they looked at us like we were crazy when we walked in. I come here atleast 3/4 times a month I won’t be coming back to this location again.
