Excellent staff
The staff on the grill was alone and was a hustler. He seemed to really like his job.
Also, the 2nd staff seemed as he enjoyed his job and worked diligently.
Both of them were friendly while under pressure to care for customers. If I was employer, I would snap them up.
We left them a tip.

This was my first time eating Moe’s Southwest. I ordered a salad with no guacamole- I got guacamole. I ordered jalapeno peppers-no jalapeno. I wanted NO sour cream- got sour cream. The dressing was awful. The Adobe chicken was the best thing. I will not be back. It did not even look appetizing. My co-workers orders were not quite right either. Come on guys- Do better..

We were in town for a Robotics tournament and came by for a late dinner. Not only were they friendly but kind and made sure our order was right. The gentleman wearing the black hat was super friendly ans respectful. He was fantastic! We really liked this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Moe’s Southwest in Alachua! I was especially impressed with the two young men working during my visit. They were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand my dietary needs and offering thoughtful, delicious recommendations. It’s rare to find staff who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant and upbeat. Rather than treating me like an inconvenience, they made me feel welcome and valued. Their positive attitude and customer-focused service truly made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good reliable Moe’s brand restaurant with friendy staff who are quick and find solutions for customers. Bathrooms are sanitary. We laughed at the sign in the bathroom, and one person began to sing (what person doesn’t sound amazing with tile acoustics?) while the others were mortified.

If I could give 1000000000/10 I would! Ms.Rose took care of my family and took extra steps to make sure my kids were involved with the ordering process. that they were comfortable and happy! My daughter said she was like a warm hug in the way she spoke to people. I’ll be back solely for her service!

This restaurant was exceptionally clean. The food served was freshly prepared and in ample quantities. The most noteworthy aspect of the dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Ms. T. Ms. T was exceptionally friendly and polite.

In the Alachua, a nice stop for an easy dinner. Consistent quality and friendly service with what you would expect from Moe’s. Fair prices and portions. Several sauces to choose from at a self serve station to top your taco or burrito. And as always, a friendly greeting at the door when you walk in.

I only eat their mo meat mo cheese meal. Most times the rice is not done as well as it should be but hell it’s not horrible and the meal is good. They have lost some good workers who were customer specific. They had ones who remembered my meal and occasional gave a free drink but what’s a free drink to keep customers coming in. I spent 100 to 160 before due to the customer service. Now I spend abt 80.

I’ve had several bad experinces with Moe’s in the past but this store was pleasantly different. The staff was exceptionally kind and the portions were generous. The store is clean and they offer good deals like Moe’s Monday.
