Horrible food, and service. I went there last Sunday at 5 pm. They were out of brown rice, and tofu…. There were no utensils out there so I had to ask them for it. No place for trash. No salsa left, so I asked one of the staff to refill it, she said it will be a few minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, no salsa. I left and will not be returning. I eat at Moe’s weekly, so I have a pretty good sense of what your food should taste like. The pinto beans were very dry with no flavor, the cheese tasted old and the last bit of the brown rice I got was very undercooked. It is worth to drive to the Moe’s in Cummings for the best food and exceptional service!

The two girls working had really bad attitudes and were very short with my party. There was no greeting when entering and they kept rolling their eyes and making faces when making our food. I understand having a bad day, but thus just set a bad mood for lunch. Other than that, the store was clean and the food was good. Would be 5 stars if not for the bad customer service.

I haven’t eaten at Moe’s is quite some time but I have to say my Steak Homewrecker was very good! We also love the free chips and the guacamole is worth the extra money, it’s very good. My wife had a tofu bowl and enjoyed it as well. Overall we had an enjoyable and tasty experience here, definitely recommended.

This location is okay. So much better than the Hamilton location, but we still had some issues. I’m contemplating not ever eating at Moe’s anymore. It is just a lot to deal with every time.

This Moe’s location was decent. The food was good, the restaurant was a bit messy but other than that I had a good time. Most of the drink lids were gone, but I got my food later in the evening so I understand.

Food is good! Customer service is not. The two girls on food bar were both short and had no manners. When someone says thank you, say it back girl. And don’t make it so obvious you don’t want to be here. If you don’t like your job, leave. You expect tips when your service is not deserving of one. Dude who rung us out was nice and had manners. Literally though— I am yalls same age and also have a job in customer service. And I’m nice even if I’m having a bad day. Work your stuff out

Don’t order online. They are incapable of reading from a list to put all of your desired ingredients into your bowl or burrito. For example, my burrito did not have my GROUND BEEF, queso, cilantro, corn salsa, guacamole. I mean what else did they want to miss??? The tortilla?? Goodness gracious, why do these big chain stores hire such incompetent people?

Went to Moe’s they ran out of chicken, lettuce, and beans. Staff also stated their register was not working and had to order and pay on the app. I do not frequent this location often, but have had this issue more than once at this location. This place has been going down hill. Will not return to this location.
