I had such a great experience at Moe’s today. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in. What really stood out was how patient they were as each of my kids placed their orders—no rushing, no attitude, just friendly service with a smile. It made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. Big thanks to the Moe’s team for making our lunch a smooth and positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m a regular and had to leave a review after today’s visit around lunch hour. It was busier than what I’m used to and I came into a team of 4 working the front line. 3 of them killed it! Kayla, William, and the cashier (wish I had gotten her name too). The service from them was absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. They had to make some more tofu so I waited a few minutes for that and they stayed on point never forgetting about me. But the impressive parts about them were the communication, awareness, teamwork, speed, thinking ahead, the fluidity of how they moved (esp Kayla), and their VERY POSITIVE attitudes the entire time without getting flustered. They really deserve recognition and an incentive. I was even surprised by Kayla with a little gift card at the drink machine…it was for the few minutes I had to wait. It made the day even better. Food is always fresh and tasty as usual.

Just drive on up to Delk Rd and Powers Ferry and visit Willy’s Mexican Grill. I’ve been to this Moe’s periodically for four years now. Every time it’s disappointing. For starters, the staff is rude, but the ingredients are also always a little more low-quality than other Moe’s. The salsa is just a little older, the toppings are just a little more stale/limp, etc.
Today, I went for the last time. Ordered some tacos in the drive thru with a couple of kids meals. Asked the lady for extra sauce. “Okay but you’re gonna have to pay extra for that!” I don’t mind paying extra, but I don’t like being fussed at for it. They missed ingredients in my tacos. The toppings and salsa tasted like they were from yesterday. Then they gave me my food all piled up on the chips and gave my kids expired cookies (pictured). Today is 11-16, btw.
