Service is good. Waiter (Avinash) is awesome friendly but sticking ethically to club policy, which is admirable.
DJ killed the experience. He was playing all biased mostly spite beats in the mix and selectively taking requests. MU__ZEK isn’t the DJ I’ll be dancing to. if I’m somehow weirdly leaning towards all his selective songs, I’ll.
People think feel tired and request song only because the DJ is inadequate. DJ isn’t soused to let people think.

Went here for a birthday celebration last night. Despite reserving a table they seated us a good 30 minutes late (no biggie we thought). The service was slow (no biggie we thought again). The DJ played only one type of music (Tollywood) & did not even make an effort to play the birthday girl’s request or give her a shout out. THIS was a huge deal. I can’t fathom how a restaurant neglects this one rule of hospitality- to make a person celebrating something feel good. I wish the management would train their staff to to make a person feel glad they chose your venue. I can look past the slow service and delay in seeing us but I am truly disappointed by this debacle of hospitality.

First time here and it was great! Awesome staff and vibe, Titi-our server and Alanna-our bartender, amazing service! Drinks were on point, hookah was premium quality. I’d highly recommend Kismet Lounge for your next night out!

It’s overhyped place. The music was so loud that the waitress had to confirm the names of the items by pointing on menu to make sure of the order. The hookah wasn’t liked by my husband, it gave him burning sensation. The jagerbomb we had was the worst. They really need to work on the service, it was pathetic. We had to call the waiter several time and no one came to check upon us. The only two stars are for the best fried rice we had. It tasted amazing. We came here when this place was called Bliss, they changed the name, I wish they had also worked on service. We ain’t going back!

I recently visited this place and recommend it. It’s got great ambiance, smooth flavorful shisha, and attentive service along with comfortable seating, good music, and a relaxed vibe which makes it perfect for unwinding. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the overall experience is enjoyable.
I would recommend street style noodles and chicken fried rice to try if you are huge street food lovers.

The store is currently closed, yet the listed store hours indicate that you are open. If there has been a change in hours, this needs to be updated as it is misleading the customers not a good job. This is second time. I would give 0 miguided twice with store timings
