Great place, friendly customer service. The food is good. They are always efficient in moving the line along and the place is always clean. Every time we ask for a bag to take our chips to go they always give us a bag with chips already in it. I do wish they had more than one soda machine. It’s the Coca Cola multi flavor mixer one so that can get backed up during busy hours.

Consistent quality and good pricing led us here twice for our standard fare of a salad and a burrito bowl. We like the white meat chicken and option to add extra chicken and bacon. Pulled pork and flour tortilla salad shells are no longer offered.

Hands down, the friendliest and cleanest Moe’s around. I bring my nephew and nieces in all the time and it is always a great experience. Exemplary customer service. Should be a model for the other locations.

For the owner:
I was rushing to get there before 9. Made it at 857.. Some Hispanic guy yelled over, “Closed!” My face sunk. The lady, I believe she was a manager, if not, she should be. Said, “What would you like sir?” I found out she only asked because they were out of certain things. She instructed the man to help me. 100% customer service from her. The Hispanic man? Fire him… He could barely speak English, he made a terrible bowl, and complained with terrible gestures the entire time. I’m a frequent flyer to Moe’s. That man is not the Moe’s customer service way of doing things. 3 more minutes of his life to make 1 customer happy, should be every time in my opinion. I’ll be back soon.

Great selection of food. Nice ambience.
Unlimited chips and salsa. Fountain drinks.
Helpful and polite staff.
Easy access from Cobb Parkway or Northside Parkway and I-285. Close to Cumberland Mall and the many apartments around.

Zero stars if I could based off customer service. A company was nice enough to provide lunch for the office that I work for and unfortunately my order was made wrong. I told the gentleman in the front my issue and he immediately gave me push back and attitude even though the food was unopened and not eaten. My order was supposed to have queso on the side (it was missing) and it had sour cream on my food even though I didn’t ask for that. Please keep in mind this food was PROVIDED BY ANOTHER PERSON. I DID NOT COME INTO THE STORE AND PLACE THIS ORDER. I then asked (what looked like the manager) for someone else to prepare my order because I didn’t feel comfortable with the other guy doing it and he told me “you can just watch him” no one at this location was friendly and it was like pulling teeth for them to be helpful. I will also be reporting this to corporate and will no longer patronize this location.
*Update* I found out the general managers name is Preston and the gentleman that was preparing my food was named Shawn. I called back to get a number for corporate and Shawn answered and told me there was no higher up I was able to talk to and all I can do is leave a Google review. I know that everyone has a boss even if this location is franchised. His dismissal of me has not made the situation better.

This is the best Moe’s location I’ve ever been. Started coming here for about 5 years ago and can always count on the consistency and cleanliness. The staff is what makes this location stand out, they run this place extremely well.
