Done sat here and ate half this burrito to pull out this long black hair(I’m bald)…..you can see it’s cooked into the rice…this was literally my first time coming and last. Wear hair nets and ponytails .

Not recommended. I asked for additional Lettuce in a $100 order, and the server had to call her manager, who told me that more lettuce would be $3 with tax for the price of a small Queso. The server then told me this location isn’t doing well so they’re doing things like this. When a store is getting chintzy on Lettuce then it’s circling the drain.

When I came into the restaurant, I was greeted with the traditional “Welcome to Moe’s,” which was nice. However, the experience went downhill quickly after that. I asked for a kids’ meal burrito, but the employee assisting me was on her phone the entire time and didn’t make any effort to hide it. Because of this, I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got to the register, I noticed I was charged for a full-size burrito instead of a kids’ meal. The employee didn’t seem attentive, and the overall energy and professionalism were disappointing.

We had catering today for 13 people. Delivery guy showed up in a taxi with no phone and did not speak English. We paid for set up yet he did not set up for us at all. We only had 2 burners for all the food which was lukewarm at best. When we called the store and catering, no one apologized at all. Sent more burners 30 minutes later. Did not accept fault and we had to do all the work for set up. So disappointing for an office party for 13 people.

Welcome to Moe’s!!!! These guys are awesome. They give you a good amount of food. Really though I just fill up on the warm nachos . And they are free!
The food is really good though, I used to be stuck on Chipotle but after having Moe’s….I can’t be faithful anymore.

I visited the Cobb parkway location on Tuesday, December 2nd. I have nothing good to say. Salsa bar was looking disgusting. Used salsa cup dumped in the main salsa tray. Used Salsa cups everywhere, tables dirty, and restroom filthy. The gentleman had a stank attitude and the young lady was all nonchalant with her, I don’t speak English!
I’m like whoa! How does this location stay in business? SMH

The most bizarre Moe’s I’ve ever been to. The food did not appear to be made fresh on the grill; everything sitting out definitely affected the taste. The soda machine was dirty. The man serving the food was nice.

I visited on February 16 and had an alarming experience that I will never forget. My minor child was served a bowl containing a *metal bolt*. When my child bit into it, I immediately reported the incident to the employees and health inspector, who informed me that this issue had occurred before and was likely caused by a tomato slicer. Despite reaching out to corporate for assistance, I was repeatedly redirected to the franchise manager, Jessica, who apologized and promised a refund—something corporate also assured me. However, as of now, I have received neither the refund nor any meaningful resolution, let alone compensation.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed, not only in this specific Moe’s location but also in their corporate headquarters. The lack of urgency and accountability in addressing such a serious incident involving a child is unacceptable. My trust in Moe’s has been shattered, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

The hours online say they open at 9:30am… but the door says 10:30am… The door is already opened so I walk in and the cashier tells me they dont open until 10:30am… I tell him why is the time different online? He then gets upset and says they wont serve until 10:30am. As Im walking out the hispanic lady serving tells me THEY ARE open but HE just tells everyone theyre not so they leave.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. About a year ago the online time was 10:30am for opening and the door said 11am… idk if it wad the same guy but a male at the cash register also was upset and then was rude when i didnt leave a tip.
