Our first Thanksgiving meal was after our hike, and my daughter asked for a snack. We chose this place, and this pile of rubbish cost $9.43. We were the only customers, and the staff took almost 30 minutes to finish it. If there were a 0-star restaurant, I would give it to her without hesitation.

If you’re not going to give what’s on the ad pic. at the order area, than take down the sign advertising it. That’s who I am! Also, I don’t like having to deal with someone that cannot properly speak English. I don’t mind that there are people who speak other languages, but it’s funny how everyone worries about having people working who speak other language, but what about people who speak good American English so I can understand. That would be awesome and appreciated!

Stopped by here Friday. The restaurant was clean. I will say I did feel pressure to hurry up and order because even after I told him I wasn’t ready they said OK but still sitting in front of me and stared at me so I just ordered some wings. I went to the machine to fill up my cup, and I found it rude of the employee who begin cleaning the machine while I was trying to get my drink. But whatever at least she was cleaning. My order was to go. The wings I would give a 4/5

I was 1 of 2 cars in line. Ordered an extreme sausage and a biscuit sausage. Paid waited 30 minutes after paying for food effectively my whole lunch break for a munchies box just filled with regular fries. And a taco. I want my 12 bucks back.. what a dumpster fire

Horrible, went around 11am, they got my order wrong and took forever to get my order. Everything was wrong and replaced it with the stalest chicken sandwich . Go somewhere else. Never again

The manager, The Mexican lady with the bad attitude. I tried to order tacos without lettuce and she said the can’t do that? Why? And you what she does? She only put lettuce . Don’t go here worst customer service. You don’t deserve to be here in diamond bar. This isn’t my first time there. She’s always in a bad mood. I mean always. I hope she reads this comment. She shouldn’t be working there in she acts like that. That’s messed up. I’m a nice guy but when you do that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Next time I am reporting her. I will literally call and find her hire ups. I got 16 tacos and everyone was just lettuce.

This place sucks you can go in there and wait 10 minutes. You can go in there and break a machine. You can go in there and do anything. The staff don’t care because I don’t know what they’re doing. It looks like there’s nobody working there.
