My experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill was amazing, and it was all because of the outstanding service from Kharis, Camila, and Jada. From the moment I walked in, Kharis, Camila, and Jada greeted me with smiles and positive energy. Kharis, Camila, and Jada made the restaurant feel welcoming and friendly right away.
At the counter, Kharis carefully listened to my order and explained the menu options clearly. Camila gave helpful suggestions and made sure my bowl looked fresh and perfectly prepared. Jada kept everything moving smoothly and double checked that my order was correct. The teamwork between Kharis, Camila, and Jada was seamless and professional.
Even during a busy rush, Kharis, Camila, and Jada stayed calm and upbeat. Kharis continued greeting guests warmly, Camila maintained quality while preparing food, and Jada handled the register quickly and accurately. Watching Kharis, Camila, and Jada work together showed how much they care about their jobs and their customers.
I also noticed how attentive Kharis, Camila, and Jada were beyond just taking orders. Kharis made sure ingredients were fresh and neatly arranged. Camila paid attention to portion sizes and presentation. Jada ensured the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. The dedication of Kharis, Camila, and Jada truly stood out.
Overall, my visit was memorable because of Kharis, Camila, and Jada. Kharis made me feel valued as a customer. Camila made sure my meal was delicious and well prepared. This Bluffton location of Moe’s used to be one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Especially since the one in Beaufort has sucked from the beginning. Bluffton’s Moes always had fresh food, clean space, consistent quality — it was a go-to. Then the owners from Beaufort bought it, and everything went downhill fast.
Now it’s a complete mess. The restaurant is almost always empty, which makes it extremely concerning that the food tastes old and stale. Nothing feels fresh anymore, and it’s obvious the quality and turnover have taken a serious hit since the ownership change.
Cleanliness has also fallen off a cliff. The dining area looks neglected, the counters and floors are visibly dirty, and the prep line you can see as a customer looks unsanitary. If that’s what’s visible up front, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the kitchen. The overall atmosphere is grimy and unappetizing — a huge change from what this place used to be.
The staff appearance doesn’t help either. Sloppy, unkempt, and completely disconnected from any sense of pride in the place. It feels like no one cares anymore, from management on down. Honestly, this location could use a surprise visit from DHEC.
It’s incredibly disappointing to watch a once-great Bluffton spot be ruined by bad ownership and poor standards. I won’t be back.

The ground beef is basically soup, and I love it. If you’re a Taco Bell fan but want something way better, look no further. Moe’s takes that same comfort-food vibe and cranks it up with fresh ingredients and bolder flavors. Every bite is messy in the best possible way.

Long story: had an honest mistake mix up with my Uber eats delivery. Called the manager and she offered a total refund or replacement. Went and got the replacement and she insisted on giving me more than I originally ordered and was genuinely apologetic. Great food and great service

Patrice and the team provided exceptional service!! Most crews, at the end of their shift, don’t usually display a heartfelt welcome and/or desire to serve the clients joyfully. Patrice, especially, with her warm smile and desire to provide top-notch service merited a 5-star rating in my book. Thank you, guys! After a 16-hour shift, you all were a great ending to my day.
