Had not been to a Moe’s in a few years so ordering was not easy. The teen fixing my food was rude, and not understanding to someone that hasn’t ordered there in a while. Fast forward to asking for some sour cream..they were out up front and didnt want to get more from the back. My wife and I waited and finally the original teen went in the back..brought out a large bag of sour cream and slung it on both of our orders. I didnt complain although the amount of sour cream was enough for 10 people. The actual ingredients of our food was fresh and tasted good. The service at this easley location is terrible.

I’m a regular at this location BECAUSE of the people who work there. The food is always excellent, and I’ve gotten to love the employees and their exceptional service, especially Shaynia & Ryan. There’s been a number of times that I don’t have to say a word bc they remember my order (and always make it perfectly). As a customer, I appreciate being remembered where I give my business.

My family and I had Moe’s today for lunch! Kayleigh was amazing at preparing our meal she was super friendly and kind! This was our first time visit at this location. The restaurant was super clean. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

I came in with my wife today and the worker who fixed my food and cashed me out her name was Abby, made my experience excellent. She was very polite and made my burrito exactly the way I wanted. Also, everyone else was nice! I’ll definitely come back to the one and I live 25 minutes away

Sunday dinner rush and there’s one poor dude working every station. Literally. Greeting guests, fixing their food, answering questions and handling the register, while keeping an eye on the front and salsa bar. Incredible. I enjoy Moe’s but there’s no excuse for businesses to be this cheap. Furthermore there’s no way one person can possibly maintain safe food handling practices when being over worked like this. After waiting in line 5 minutes watching him run the restaurant by himself I left. I implore others to stop rewarding this behavior.

Just ordered door dash 11/8. The food arrives cold, the rice isn’t cooked. The beans are hard and raw. This location is getting worse and worse. Extremely disappointed especially considering it was $88 for the meal. They left out a side of queso and drink for one of the meals as well. Will not ever return to this location possibly never the company as a whole this experience was so bad.

I am so glad you are finally remodeling this Moe’s! The food was always good, but the tables, chairs and floor were the nastiest I have ever seen, IN MY LIFE! It looks like your repetitive response to everyone’s comment finally got to management. It’s about time because Moe’s now has competition with The Honey Baked Ham right beside it and it’s good AND CLEAN! Good luck Moe’s.

We went there because at previous Moe’s we had good food and experience. This one, not so much. The place was so dirty. It was lunch rush, so I give them some leniency, but when chairs have dirt ground into the fabric you realize that cleaning is simply not part of their agenda.
The tables and chairs were disgusting and in disrepair. Many of the chairs had torn fabric, all had ground in dirt, and the tables had broken legs, wobbly bases, one table was even becoming delaminated on the underside. If the front of the house was this dirty, how does the back of the house look? I’m afraid to even ask, or see what the not public areas look like.

Came in for dinner last night about 7:30, 2/3/26 few people in line, ordered, bowl and quesadilla, all thrown together in a rush, didn’t even hardly warm quesadilla, chips were awful, salsas were almost empty , trash everywhere, nothing was clean, no sweet tea, several people asked for it. Huge Moe’s fan but definitely won’t be back to this location.

Clean atmosphere. Didn’t have the welcoming feeling at this one. Seemed really bothered to have customers. Three stars because alot of the toppings have been removed. No corn, grilled bell peppers and onions, or cheddar cheese anymore. Welcome to Holes!!!
