I ordered the Protein Bowl and Chips & Dip Trio. The bowl was bland and I had ordered the barbacoa protein as well. Not only was the protein bull at the base price more expensive than Chipotle with double guac It tasted significantly worse. After that and the terrible salsa and guacamole let alone the terrible cheese I absolutely do not recommend eating here and will be giving it one star. Now I did order via Uber eats so I cannot judge the service wrap atmosphere of this location You may have a better experience.

Just went for queso dip and chips. My grands love it. I noticed several times we’ve gone the tables, nor the seats were cleaned. There was trash, crumbs, and or a sticky substance on the table. We had to look around table a decent table to sit and enjoy our time.

It’s all about consistency here at Sumter moes ! Which keeps me coming back again and again. The store is always clean, service is always quick & the manager is always running the cash register & taking pride in helping out around the business. To include keeping up with the parking lot & cleaning behind the indoor trash bins. Food is consistent in temperature as well as quality! Love this moes and great job to these employees!!

This was are first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered tacos, they were pretty good. But they served chips and have a salsa bar. If Chipotle and Taco bell it would be Moe’s. The best thing are the chips. Oh my goodness these are made fresh and taste wonderful. I will be back for the chips.

is moes turning into chipotle with how much they charge for NOTHING?!?! i just spent $14 on a “burrito” with ONLY meat cheese and sour cream (right). and yes, that is with an extra scoop of beef aswell. not to mention the extra charge for queso that i didn’t even get on my burrito. the burrito on the left is what my boyfriend got for $11. beef, queso, seasoned rice, black beans, AND cheese… i’m appalled, honestly. if they were even the same size i wouldn’t even be mad. it’s the fact that i PAID for a burrito (with extra beef) and got a TACO.

Service was EXCEPTIONAL – visited with a fellow foreign USAF spouse with an infant. Staff were attentive, bringing trays to the table for us, getting a high chair, cleaning trays away, all with a huge smile and great customer service. Food was great, well made and flavoursome, the salsa/sauce station was a great asset. The whole restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. Ample parking and a well kept parking lot.
If I am ever back in Sumter, I will be back, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Moes was absolutely delicious! I had the bowl with white meat chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, roasted corn, shredded cheese, chipotle ranch dressing with a side of Moes sauce(which adds a slight spicy flavor). Everything was fresh, cheese was melted and it was a huge portion. My partner tried the same thing but with the new limited chili crisp chicken (a little spicy) and pico de gallo added in, it was really great as well but better for someone who prefers spice. The delivery was smooth, quick and the instructions were followed. Highly recommend!
