I’m not complaining about the employees because they are obviously doing the best they can but clearly the owner is dropping the ball, you shouldn’t be open and expect one girl to run your store , I don’t know if you need to pay your staff more but if you can’t keep adequate staff then you should close. I guarantee that you don’t pay this poor girl to do everything by herself with one person back there to help. It’s pretty ridiculous that I’m waiting 20 minutes for a pizza that’s “hot and ready.” And that is almost certainly due to the owner or manager being cheap and keeping this place understaffed.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Maybe I was just hoping for convenience, but this has been by far the worst experience. I made an online order almost 30 minutes ago that said it would be ready 10 minutes ago. I get things happen and everyone is short staffed and slammed but this was not the case. I pulled in the drive thru behind 2 other vehicles that left because nobody came to the window. There was literally NO ONE to even answer the knock on the window. So I pull up, and here comes an employee from the back with black rotten and missing teeth. At this point I just want my money back, and not sure how since I paid on the app with Apple Pay. I’m grossed out and I have a fussy toddler in my back seat. So the employee asks me to park so she can “get it ready”. As I drive off, there’s a car in the back of the building with a gentleman passed out in the drivers seat. Maybe he’s just sleeping? I don’t even want to know what these “employees” were doing. This place and the staff are a joke! It’s PIZZA not rocket science.

Went through drive through, was told 10 minute wait and they’ll bring it out. pulled to front lot and after 45 minutes I finally unbuckled my toddler and went inside to see what the issue was. Had completely forgotten my order.

I dont think these guys understand how frustrating it is to order food 30 minutes before you go to lunch and then get there a NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, HAVE TO WAIT ON THE WHOLE PIZZA TO COOK!! I only get 30 minutes for lunch so that means i go back hungry and by the time i get off i have a cold doughy pizza to look forward to because IT IS STILL RAW. Next time im calling the health department!!!

Missing half my order and of course nobody called to let us know they couldn’t make our Italian cheese bread. The driver knew but wasn’t going to say anything until we stopped him to ask were the missing items were. Of course the store wasn’t taking calls so had to call customer support. This place has never changed!

I like this location and have bought a few pizzas here. I think it closed because the employees went on strike (quit). It’s open again and I’m sure they are doing the best they can to stay open, but it needs to close for a few days of serious training. Bought two pizzas by the time I made it home the one box was dripping grease. The first pizza looked and tasted good but grease was too heavy box was soaked. (Not good for presentation or the owners wallet as the supplies are clearly getting wasted and I will explain this later.) the first pizza was missing a portion of the crust on one side and an abundance on the other. The second pizza box was not oily but the pizza was burnt and the box contained crunchy burnt bits around the pizza probably from the pan (seasoned portions falling off) when your trying to get repeat customers presentation and taking the time to put out a properly baked and cut product sells itself and failing at this simple act of paying attention costs customers. Back to cheese bread the bread was cut shallow and multiple attempts to make a straight cut. Slow down pay attention. To your product and focus on finishing all tasks correctly apologize for extended times. Once the product is consistently good focus on time. Housekeeping is reflected in the product so I’m sure there are housekeeping issues to address. I’m including pictures to help understand how bad this experience was and how much grease was in that one pizza box. I’m doing this so someday I may be able to get a cheap but good product that I usually get from the namesake. So far here that has not been the case and now it’s somehow worse. Oh I forgot to add that the bread box had at least 10 liners that were half out of the bottom and the box wouldn’t stay closed just to address the waste from rushing. I should add this place was not busy. And the items I got were hot and ready (cool and greasy and burnt) you can’t expect to keep doors open with the absolute lack of effort.

I’m only giving it 2 starts because everyone seemed to like the pizza and no reported being sick. But with a dairy allergy, I opted for the plain roasted wings. 9$ for 9 teeny tony wings and legs like from a cornish game hen and I was sick all night from what I can only guess was food poisoning. But I won’t go into detail here. So maybe the pizza is safe-ish to eat, but is sure ain’t healthy & not cheap anymore, check yhe price before you order cause 4 lg pizza & 9 stupid wings were $40.

Consistently understaffed causing poor quality service. Little Caesars refuses to pay a living wage and it shows with their lack of quality employees or employees at all. The few that were there were trying their best but when poverty is the issue the fault lies with corporate.

Do not order from this location. Pizza is prob the worst I’ve ever tasted and half the order was wrong. Ordered 4 pepperoni and got 2 cheese. How hard is it to get pepperoni right, it’s not a complex order. Called 4x to try to correct it but no one would answer the phone. 0/10 recommend.
