I don’t always rate good service, because I think that should be expected. With that said, I have been to several Chipotle’s and am always dissatisfied. This Moe’s is great! Friendly service, clean, better menu than Chipotle and less expensive. I will drive past seven Chipotle stores if there is a Moe’s in the same Zip Code.

12-29-25 Food was great as it always is at Moe’s no matter where we visit. However, we had just downloaded the app, and asked for the free Queso from the app. Explained 3 times that the app was awarding the queso for the download, but still could not get any queso from anyone. I should have went to Chipotle instead. Three tacos would have cost about the same ($11.79 here), but here they said I’d have to pay $1.99 extra PER TACO to add guacamole, OR to get steak, OR to add bacon, OR to add their “famous” queso sauce. That’s right, I could have spent $8 extra PER TACO. For this reason the lady in front of me in line walked out and didn’t order anything. I felt compelled to still try the place. The tacos I ended up with were quite lousy. This business has a backwards, short-sighted model.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The bar where they make your food hasn’t been wiped down recently so my burrito foil was disgusting. The front checkout was also gross from your food sliding through filth. The trash cans were overflowing. None of the tables were clean. There was trash and food all over the ground. I felt like I was gross after walking through the place.

Long story short: I had to ask that clean gloves be used to make my food after a 10 minute wait while packaging was restocked and moved around. Another customer was complaining about the bathroom and overall it was just clear that there were not enough employees working. The usual corporate chain issues dragging down the quality of everything everywhere chasing every extra dollar they can.

This was a terrible experience for Moe’s. we eat here a lot and I just say this if you don’t wanna do your job stay home. I order the moe meat moe cheese bowl and instead of steak got one scoop of ground beef and the guy that was fixing my food got attitude when I ask for more meat I mean that is what I paid almost 18 dollars and I hope to post pictures of this bowl.oh and maybe they need to let there employees know what a hair net is.

I paid $2 for bacon I never got and I ordered a salad. They left out my chipotle ranch. The salad itself was delicious. The guy at the register ignored me until I had to go to the other side and ask if that’s where pick up ordered were.

What a great experience. Compared to all the other Moe’s we have visited, this one stands out by far!
The team was so sweet and helpful. All smiling, and there even was a team member who constantly was sweeping up the floors. Very clean establishment. The manager made an appearance more than twice while we were in there, polite staff all around. It was nice to see staff training too.
Our trip through this town, Ashland, has been so great.
