I paid $12 for a Regular Steak Burrito with Queso and was shocked to see it smaller than my Phone.
I went back inside and didn’t want to complain but had to ask if this was normal size for a large burrito. I have the receipt and the lady insisted it was normal size. I posted it on my story and had many friends telling me this was insanely small.
I think I’ll stick to Chipotle from now because I can pay $10 there for double the food.

I usually order togo when I’m driving through and everytime I order my burrito with extra meat it seems to get smaller, in the pic is my burrito and a kids burrito with a cup of beans for scale. This has happened the last few times I’ve gone and I probably won’t go back which sicks because Moe’s used to be one of my favorite places but if they all are doing things like this I see why they are closing stores around the area

It sort of bums me out to write a bad review for them. The food was great, but the atmosphere and service fell really short. The ladies working had a movie on with tons of noise and had the volume up over 50! I asked them to turn it down and one of them did. Then, the other lady got the remote and turned it back up and sneered at me when she did so. My buddy and I couldn’t hear each other speak it was so loud. The employees should know better than that!

Let me start by saying my food was REALLLY GOOD!!! However, it was filthy in there!! The workers were all young and very sweet however they needed some help. For example, if you’re cooking, you should not use the same gloves you’re wearing to cook to handle the register etc. Clean off the tables so patrons can sit and eat and wipe off the food counters so they don’t look disgusting and covered with food.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. There was only one kind and professional person working out of the 4 on the line/register. The one lady at the register couldn’t even look away from her phone long enough to ring us up. Everyone except the one guy who made our burritos, were rude as hell. We won’t be returning. And the guacamole is disgusting. I didn’t even want it, was basically forced into getting it, then uncharged for it. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Went in today, for the first time ever. And I swear I’ve been sleeping on Moe’s! I love Chipotle but they’re costs are getting ridiculous. So I tried Moe’s. For the price, I can NOT complain! The store was super clean and all the food was stocked and fresh! IDK if it was because I went within an hour of them opening, but I was not disappointed! The girl with pink hair served me and made the most DELICIOUS burrito I’ve ever had without going to a Mexican restaurant! I will DEFINITELY be back! Not enough people post POSITIVE reviews, because this place is very well kept and and the food is amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because the ladies deserve some recognition for their hard work! Also, BIG PLUS, free chips and salsa with every order!!! I’m in heaven!

First time in this location, i usually make moes my last resort however, driving across the country has proven time and time again that moe’s Southwest grillps are here to stay and taking chipotles spot in my stomach and the watering mouth of my 2.7 million viewers todpay to be exact. The food was FRESH. THEY EVEN MADE THEP VEGGIES TO ORDER, FRESH OFF THE GRILL. OMG!!! Real responsive. The young group here needs a raise , im not just saying this⁰$$$. Clean smelled fresh and people had gloves on. I’d eat here everyday now. Fres⁰h veggies, warm welcome, fresh attitudes, Happy Saturday. This is what the reataurant franchises are missing. I can have good food TODAY. Thank you TO the entire staff. YOU were cool and ready to serve, not just me , but all their customers, and they did not rush at ALL and keep the counter clean. I’ve loved Moe’s since I was a small child. They still have great food. My reason for a 4 star review is I am still mad they got rid of cucumbers from the menu. I would still highly recommend eating here. They have the best queso in the game.
