Any DQ is only as good as its employees. The Paris DQ had a really good crew working on our last visit. Food came out fast, the young man behind the counter was efficient and polite, the order was fresh and correct. It was a good trip.

Waited 30 minutes for food while eating inside. Had to hunt down a staff member coming out of the restroom to ask about food because no one was at the counter or window. Went to ask about it staff were rude. Finally gave us the food did not say thank you or anything. Christian music plays on the overhead but the staff were rude. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

The food is not consistent. Yesterday the fries and chicken were hot and delicious but today the were cold and not fresh. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for hot food. As long as I waited inthe drive thru the food could have been hot.

I order blizzards from the app for drive thru pickup. Always have great service and the blizzards are perfect. Can’t speak for the food, but if it’s like the Lexington location I’ve been to I’m sure it’s good.
