We recently visited this location and had a great experience.. The cashier, I believe she said her name was Yulisa. She was very pleasant and friendly and spoke very sweetly to my 2 year old. Every time I go there I am hoping she is working because she is truly just so nice. Customer service is everything and when your young it’s hard to learn that with how people act towards fast food workers. But this young girl is amazing!!! Moe’s was not what we were expecting from it’s advertising. Thought it would be a sit down and order from a menu. It ending g up being like a Subway sandwich place. Pick your type of meal and add things to it. The food was good, maybe a little greasy for me, but tasted good and ingredients seemed fresh.

Really bad service. I scheduled a pickup order at this location an hour early so it would be ready on time. When I got there I was waiting for over 15 min before they started looking into why my order was not ready. After finding my order in the system, I then had to wait for them to make the entire order. When I got home I realized they had forgotten my chips and queso. I called them and asked for a refund and they said they would call me back. I haven’t heard anything back.

Ordered a takeout box of fajitas (2 meats, 10 sides, tortillas, chips). Tortillas were far too small (they should have been one size larger), but otherwise the portions were great (a few more chips would have been welcome). The meats, BTW, were adobe chicken and steak.

This Mo’s is a block from the Durham Bulls Stadium. We frequent it between 4 and 5:30 pm, while waiting for the Stadium to open for a home game. Food is wonderful and can suit all taste buds! Try it and you will seek Mo’s out wherever you are!

Fast clean friendly service right in the middle of tobacco campus, right next to PNC arena. Convenient location if you’re working downtown the parking might be tough if you’re looking for a bite to eat at any reasonable hour. Unfortunately they just started using Apple pay and I broke both of their terminal trying to use Google pay but thankfully they tried everything they could to make it work and eventually gave me the food for free!! Thanks for working with me guys I will DEFINITELY stop in again!! I only didn’t give him a five-star because they need to upgrade their payment system but that’s more of a corporate problem this location has no issues that I can really tell. Good food, quick, and fair prices.
