Walked in, made eye contact with the front desk. No one said welcome to Moe’s, experience was ruined. Why would I go to Moe’s? If no one‘s gonna tell me welcome to Moe’s? why would I spend my luxurious dollar bills at this fine establishment where the food is impeccable if nobody tells me welcome to Moe’s, it’s enough to make a grown man cry. Food was amazing, service was impeccable, but I need my welcome to Moe’s to make this broken heart whole again.

Decided to come back and give this place another shot and man I’m glad I did. I don’t know what changed but it’s completely different. The food tasted immaculate, the service was amazing. It was like going for the first time again.

Rice was so hard it felt I was eating rice crispy cereal . Portion was really small on my bowl. Really hard to eat. Sadly I got a to go order and was not able to come back in the restaurant to try and see it resolved.

Food was fine but service was completely terrible. We ordered online and they lost the order. We waited another 15 minutes after our pick’up time before the staff even started making it. Others waiting for online orders were experiencing the same situation. On top of that, the manager was not helpful once we presented the receipt because the order was prepared wrong. Will certainly not be ordering online again.
