This was the worst meal and at the highest price I’ve ever paid in my life. I was the only person in the place (clearly for a reason). When I approached the counter, I was greeted by someone that I could not understand at all. When I asked what items were, they responded with an accent that was so thick that I could barely place my order. When I made it to payment, I was charged $22 for a pathetic portion of steam table slop. There’s chips were stale and nasty, I watched a cook come out front, picking things from his teeth with his bare hands and when I left, the employees were leaning on the counter staring at their phones instead of saying “thank you” or “bye”.
This is a terribly run business and I’ll never visit another Moe’s again. Moe’s used to be fun and have fresh ingredients. They let ANYONE franchise their businesses now and the result is poor operations.

Wow is all I can say!! Stopped by to grab a bowl got the rice steak cheese and sour cream!! Rice hard and dried out a dusting of cheese and a small squirt of sour cream over 14 bucks charged me 2 dollars extra for steak and for what!! Oh and I believe it’s under new management!! Beware!!

This week I ordered online at Moe’s Southwest Grill website. I easily navigated the site to add options and checkout. My partner picked up the food in the estimated time given when the order was placed. The orders were prepared properly and tasted fresh. The flavors burst. I certainly recommend this Moe’s Southwest Grill location.

I’ve been coming to moe’s for years and it’s always been my favorite spot. Unfortunately the quality has taken a huge dip, primarily due to the employees there.
The food is standard. Not much to say about that. The problem was the service.
My friend and I were double charged for our drinks and sides. After we called out this issue, we were told we were wrong over 4 times. We repeatedly told the employees that there was a clear double charge on the receipt. I even went back and did all of the calculating myself
They took a 5th look, and after having to wait for an additional 10-15 minutes, finally realized that we were indeed correct and were incorrectly charged. We never received any apology or any sort of acknowledgement for having our time wasted and if we didn’t speak with a certain level of confidence, we would’ve never gotten our money back (which we were owed lol)
Also the food here has gotten way too expensive for the quality. $50 for two people? Seriously?? it’s fast food

Food is Hot & Tasty, Wide Beverage Selection, Atmosphere is Bright, Fun & Inviting, Music is Upbeat, TVs are easy to see anywhere in the restaurant. The only 2 problems were, it was short staffed with only 2 people, one counter, one grill. So the wait is a little longer. And the tables were dirty and sticky. Probably because the staff didn’t have time to take care of customers and clean the dining room. Get an energetic 3rd staff member per shift, and this place would be just about perfect.

Recently had food catered for our party of 9 and were not thrilled with our experience. We placed a catering order for 11 people (2 extra) for the veggie fajita bar at $14/person. The portions for many of the ingredients were extremely small – such as the beans, veggies, guac. The tortillas were fairly hard so we ended up using our own. We did reach out to the manager who stated portions are controlled by corporate. Their only solution was to order more food (even though we ordered more than our guest count). At $14/person, you would expect a reasonable portion size. Unfortunately this will be our last time utilizing Moe’s for catering.

The staff here is outstanding!!! They excel in cooking and kindness, they never skimp on portion sizes and every meal is high quality. You can enjoy healthy options or totally indulge. I recommend both!

Came for the Moes promotion for 6 dollar burrito night just to be disappointed last moment as this location was not actively participating. Food was not fresh chips were thrown in same bag with no salsa which was supposed to be included. Instead I was left with a $14 dollar cold burrito with skimpy portions and plain chips that I had to pay full price for as I was not alerted that they weren’t participating. Would not recommend coming here shopping plaza and restaurant has gone downhill.

Worst customer service! Not my first time, always the same. Food doesn’t taste the same as other Moe’s, not sure why. Portions are very small, barely any chips in the bag. I ordered a burrito with no tortilla. I know, silly, but their birthday coupons are for burrito only, no bowls. Somehow, special request of no tortilla didn’t print out and the guy just REFUSED to redo my order, telling me he’d have to throw it away and that it was $10. He offered to dump the burrito in a bowl, no idea that dumping it in a bowl doesn’t magically make it gluten-free. They have always allowed me to get a bowl instead of the burrito, should have ordered in person but he still would have argued. Geez, I don’t even put rice or beans in it, the only difference between both is a tortilla, they’re saving money!!! That location has been for sale for over 2 years now, still the same inconsiderate owners. No wonder they can’t sell it, their net profit is probably as poor as their customer service! Never going back, I’ll keep going to Bear even though it’s a tad farther, well worth better food & service.
