This location seems to be going down hill quickly. I have been here a number of times for lunch but I think I’m done after my last visit. Ordered a bowl, unfortunately carnitas are no longer offered and they were out of steak. They were also out of rice, I continued any way. When I got to the end they were out of cheese and sour cream. I would have left without finishing but I was with someone had already ordered. Quite disappointing.

I don’t know what happened to the people who left bad reviews here. I always go there on Moe’s Monday, and the food is always amazing. Staff is always friendly, they greet every customer who walks in. I prefer Moe’s over Chipotle since there are only two minutes drive away.

Terrible. Can’t tell their toes from their nose. Waited 20 min for the guy in front of me to order for a whole crew. Once I finally made it up to pay, they had given my food to him. There was a large line behind me. No offer to remake the burrito. They expected me to go back to the back of the line again. Horrible customer service. After a long wait I left with no food. Would not recommend. Please avoid.

I went in for take out! My rule of thumb is to not ever order fresh cooked food via grub hub or any other delivery app! They were about to close, I was undecided on what I wanted and I asked the staff what he would get and I went with his suggestion. Needles to say he did not stear me wrong! The filings looked fresh and so did the meat options. I got the steak! Which is superior to what Chipotle offers. Not to mention Moe’s has not had any issues with food contamination like chipotle has on more than 1 occasion. The food was fresh, flavorful and worth every penny. My only quam is that they no longer have the Vanilla Peachtree drink.

I want to start off by saying I love Moe’s food. I just moved to this area and started ordering every week. At first there were a lot of issues with my orders, but the last time I went in I was serviced by Luz and was provided exceptional customer service. I was compensated for my previous issued and my concerns were heard. My food was perfect and I have renewed confidence in this location going forward. All it takes is one good employee/manager to turn things around. I recommend giving this place another chance if you had a bad time prior!

Just ordered through grub hub- quesadilla was missing peppers/onions and southwest vinaigrette- did not come with sides of pico or sour cream as requested. If I’m spending $45 without fees/tip I’d prefer my order to be correct.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a simple burrito bowl through their app for delivery and they made it WITHOUT the protein. The protein is the FIRST ingredient listed on the order when it is made. How do you miss that? I called and tried to get a refund and the manager said he processed a refund and ended the call. More than a week later – yup, they never refunded me. He only said that to end the call. Terrible, dishonest manager and incompetent employees that can’t even make a burrito bowl correctly.

I don’t write reviews on places typically but I felt compelled to this time. I’ve been to this location before and had a bad experience and thought I’d try again; same outcome. I went through with my purchase though I noticed the warming table and chilling table was clearly off and the food was room temperature. There were 4 staff on, so there was no reason for the food assembly line to look unkept. The filling ingredients all looked hours old and not replenished. Being a former restaurant employee, this place is poorly managed and proper training needs to happen. I like Moes but I will never come back to this one.

The customer service from the beginning was atrocious. I proceeded to walk to the counter and I went to the first friendly face I seen. The guy said you can start down there with other guy now that’s the employee I passed him because he just stood there looking out in space and ignored me. I felt rushed and the way they made my food was sloppy. I cashed out and and notice the cashier didn’t give me the cups for the drinks and cookies for the kids meal she goes ” We don’t have any cookies I didn’t charge you for them” and I’m thinking to myself of you didn’t charge me it comes with the meal. I got my stuff and left because I didn’t want to make a scene. I will not be returning. I was better off going to tacobell.
