Love Moe’s food but this location is so hard to deal with. Pick up orders are minimally a 20 minute wait past estimated pickup time without fail (usually more like 30-45), and every pickup order is incorrect. Dine-in is just as bad, always out of ingredients and employees are less than helpful. Food is usually good so I haven’t given up yet but service is terrible – make the drive to Clifton Park if you’re able.

Customer service was great! I had to search to find one table clean. Piled garbage behind the counter. Drink machine out of pretty much everything. Salsa was out and a mess. Food was worth one star! Second Moe’s I have been to like this, I’m done. Who ever the manager or owners are, should be ashamed.

Omg!!! This picture is the reason I eat at this Moe’s. This is half eaten home wreck burrito and a whole one that is my wife’s. She has very small hands but that burrito still looks huuuuuge. Great job guys. This is gonna be a regular stop when in Latham. All that for $29 with tip. Mmmmmmmmm

Came in lunch time to order one of the items I ordered was Veggie Nachos. They had no veg ready so I waited about 30 min for veg. Guy had to clean the grill, cut the veg I think it just took awhile. Seemed to be talking about an employee who left and would be back soon and it had been minimum of an hour and they were not back yet, so bottom line under staffed and not enough prepped

We stopped at this location because it was closest to us. This will be our first visit, and our last visit. The staff looks like it their first day on the job. Lots of confusion, garbage is over flowing, place is filthy, no one greets you with ” welcome to moes!” They screwed up our order and it felt like they had the a/c on when it’s 28 degrees out. Terrible experience !
