“I recently stopped by Moe’s Southwest Grill for Customer Appreciation Day and had an amazing experience! The burrito I ordered was incredible, and the service was top-notch. As someone who’s been going to Moe’s since childhood, it’s great to see that they still deliver on quality and flavor. My one tip for fellow fans: try to avoid visiting after school lets out, as it gets extremely busy. Overall, I’m so glad I got to experience Moe’s again and can’t wait to go back!”

The quantity is just enough or more. One cannot be left hungry after a bowl at Moe’s. Variety of options for toppings. The bowls complemented with corn chips and 6 flavours of dipping sauce! The taste was exquisite. And there is enough space for a large group. Must try dining in here if you are a fan of veggie bowls! Amazing experience!

Grew up at this Moe’s have ordered online and gon in person over 100 times. Gave me the wrong order online (delivery) and refused to give me a refund or my money back while I still provided proof of purchase and was in an email conversation for over 2 weeks attempting to just get a refund but only received a corporate written apology and offered a few moes points and then was ignored. Will never get food from here again

Spent 15 dollars for a very small portion of food. The problem with this place is that they let all the local kids from the surrounding schools hang out here without buying one thing. The kids actually walk in with items bought from 7/11 and make a ton of noise. So after spending 15 dollars on a bowl, listening to kids scream the whole time, I was told by the manager “it’s ok”, and an employee told me (Miriam) “because they are kids”.

My husband and I ordered our food and proceeded to the register when they had some kind of issue with the register, the manager kept walking by saying “still nothing” never stopping once to address or even try to address the issue, we tried 2 credit cards then offered cash nothing worked after standing there for 15 min nobody even suggested we eat and deal with the issue later while our food sat getting cold. So many things could have made this a better experience but because nobody seemed to care we never ate and walked out.
