This place is horrible like I’m not sure how they are even open. I paid 15$ for very small to go order because when I saw the food I was already skeptical but I got a few things to try and the ONLY thing I was actually able to eat was the noodles. As for ANY chicken i had gotten was unedible. And I was afraid to eat any of it. The price was ridiculous and though I’ve never left a bad review i feel like this is more a warning more than anything. Do not eat here!!!!

I have frequented this establishment for approximately 10 years. Unfortunately over the past year the quality of the food seems to have declined significantly. I do not like leaving negative reviews. As I had noticed over the past year the quality of the food declining I started visiting another Chinese restaurant nearby unfortunately they were closed today so I went here hoping for the best. Needless to say I was yet again disappointed. Prices here are comparable to the more upscale restaurant down the road but the quality of the food is significantly less. Tastes pre-packaged, like everything came out of the same bag. I honestly would do better with a microwave meal at least with the last few visits. I hope they can find a way to improve as their service and friendliness has always been great.

I went to China luck to pick up buffet for wife and I in Gray. I came in total I would be three boxes 1for dessert a couple of cookies couple pieces of fruit I get ready to pay they wanted to look at my box the young girl said they would charge me half price for it. I tried to explain that dessert would go with a meal of course a waitress was there acting off smug stated well you could feel it up. They lost a customer because of the way I was treated. I would not recommend anyone to patronize that place.

This restaurant has hot food and incredible service. If people tell you they don’t they are either pick or wrong. This business has been growing in gray for over 20 years and more. The food is good and valuable, and it’s very cheap for all the options it has on the bar. Their waitress is very friendly to all the customers. They focus on customer number 1. Everything is clean. Some reviews are just straight up lying.

We stopped in for a late lunch after a busy morning of appointments. Staff were so friendly. Food was really good. The green beans and chicken & brocholli were my favorites. I also liked that they had sushi too.

I found most of the food to be cold it was about 3:00 when I went. I saw them bring some fresh food back from the kitchen but then they threw the old food on top of it. Things like chicken should be hot and it was Stone Cold or rubbery not a good experience

Excellent buffet! Vastly better than the lousy one in Johnson City, better than the (now closed) one in Elizabethton, and even better than the one in Abingdon. Friendly staff all the way down to the youngest boy, with excellent appetizers, and excellent General Chicken. Go now!
