I ordered the small ribs with potato salad and baked beans. The potato salad was ok( I like a little sweet taste to mine). The baked beans were good. Now the disappointment were my bbq ribs. They were awful!! They were not grilled or even smoked!! They appeared to have been boiled and dipped in sauce!! The meat was undercooked as well.
My husband had the bbq pulled pork sandwich and he enjoyed it. He had the collard greens and baked beans as well. The greens were well cooked but lacked seasoning however the baked beans were good.
I saw other people ordering the taco thing, maybe that’s what I should have ordered.
I will try again but will order something else.
When I let the person know that my order was missing one order of fries, the fries for the second order were not the normal quality (overcooked) and my salad did not have the red/sauce on it as I requested. The person immediately defended herself and explained that the fries were fine because she personally packed them and she put the sauces on the side. So the order was fine for her standards just not fine for my standards. Now I told her I didn’t want a credit. It was more important to me to give the feedback. The last time something was missing from my bag I didn’t mention it until the next time I placed an order.
For the reasons above I will not patronize this location. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s not okay to blame it on your customer who had to go out to pick up a pizza for the kid who did not receive her order. Hopefully someone who understands my perspective will take my feedback into consideration for future reference.
