If I could do less I would- I was denied service because I had a Service dog. I was belittled in front of the establishment for having my service dog with me. When reminded of the State law – I was told “ not tonight”. Not ADA friendly and NOT VETERAN friendly.

This is my favorite bar in New Smyrna Beach! It’s very cozy, friendly, and welcoming. My best friend and I love to play pool here and play our own music on the “Touch Tunes.”
Most everyone I’ve came in contact with here is very kind and has a personality too!
Jaime is one of the bartenders here and she is phenomenal. She genuinely makes my experience there great and has a big heart!

They recently got a couple new bartenders that are great! Tammy has been there for 20 years and is very nice. No food but you can get something from the Italian place next door. Fun place with the cheapest drinks in town.

This is a great place….unless a woman named Chris is working. Every time I am in NSB I try to stop at Moe’s. It seems like every time that I am there, Chris is badgering and berating someone new. Certainly there is a difference between being blunt, or being a wiseguy as an act of humor, however Chris’s behavior is never like this. It’s more like rude, disrespectful, and beligerant. From what I understand, most of the NSB locals feel the same way and try to avoid this place whenever she is working.
On the flip side – when I go there and she is not working, the place is awesome. It’s quaint, interesting, and always a good time! It really is a shame that I, or anyone, would avoid going to Moe’s because Chris is working.

This place was a discrace. Walked in, heard a man say he was going to punch the woman next to me. (Literally the moment I sat down)
He continued to berate, belittle, and threaten this woman. I had to say something. The entire staff saw amd witnessed it, but cared more for thier tips from the local patron than providing an enjoyable or even safe environment.
It was absolutely disgusting from the moment I stepped in, to the moment the door guy decided he wanted to try and instigate a fight the moments I walked out.
This place should be shut down and the staff a thourough vet before rehiring.
Will never come to this establishment again and condem any who do.

I would rate this place a zero star if I could. Rude as hell and totally disrespectful to anyone who is not a local regular. Do not go here unless your best friend with the bartender. Very unwelcoming. Not a place to go for tourist or part time locals.
