I picked-up a steak finger basket yesterday. Everything was cold. Steak fingers, toast and fries. They were out of gravy. ???
I went back tonight because I was intrigued by the new chicken fingers.
They are nothing like what is depicted on the menu.
I don’t even know what to say about this sloppy atrocity. The meal was up-charged to a “large”. Nothing large about this except the mess.
I was asked what “sauce” I wanted…really???
I asked for gravy for the toast and fries, yet, they just stuck a container of RANCH dressing in the box, right into the messy goop of… bar-b-que sauce? Supposedly “honey bar-b-que”. It’s just plain, cold, sloppy regular sauce.
Again, everything was cold. Cold toast, cold, old fries, cold chicken tenders slathered in cold goop.
They have this bad habit of handing you the box with food seeping out of the bottom. No bag, no utensils, and they cram napkins partially inside the box, thus making the napkins unusable as they are covered in food now.

Too much money for such terrible food ($15).
Given all the recent complaints, nothing will be addressed or corrected.
This your typical San Marcos-style “service”.
I’ve dealt with it for 5-1/2 years and it just keeps getting worse, no matter where you go. NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO.
This is the future, folks. This attitude. Hopefully, I will be dead before I have to live with how these kids vote and “rule” the world. There isn’t much left of this world, and clearly, no future if this is what will be in control. Think about it.

Came on 9/22 at 7:25, Angela in the front was great but she deserves a better job and coworkers.

The two guys working this night aren’t really good.
My burger came out and had one patty instead of two, I could care less if they were busy.. but there was no one there indoor or drive thru.

What bugged me was when two others who had ordered burgers went to the front to ask about missing tomatoes in both burgers and when the cashier asked the cook for some, his reply was “no”.

She had to walk to the back to figure out what was going on. She noticed he had no tomatoes, but then it was found they just didn’t have some cut.

As we’re about to leave, I see the only person that gave us good service sitting down on her break.
Receipt in hand, waiting for her food, which isn’t being brought or worked on. Terrible team.

Regardless, with the tables all having a slight stickiness to them and the booth seats all being torn and needing replacements. It makes me wonder what the GM is doing with this store. ?

Desserts weren’t bad, but this sleepy staff needs a wake up call. This place will fail w/o it sadly.

AND TEAM!Cold rainy night, right before freeze, I pull up and the lady who took my order was an absolute pleasure, very patient with me as I took a while to order and answered all my questions! I look over through the window while I’m waiting for my food and she is dancing and having a great time. 10/10 customer service 10/10 vibe from Sarah B. I went into Dairy Queen last week to order some lunch and was promptly greeted by a young lady behind the service window. She said someone would be with me shortly. Within seconds, I was greeted by another young lady who took my order and said it would be a few minutes because they would have to cook my steak fingers. A third employee made sure I was being taken care of and asked if I needed anything else. My food was handed to me hot and fresh with a smile and sincere thanks for coming in. It was a fresh change from the distant impersonal interactions at most establishments; especially fast-food restaurants.

Was running late to an event so i thought we’d stop by to get something quick. Waited 45 minutes for 2 meals!! I had gotten the chicken strip basket and when they brought the food out then they decided to tell me they ran out of gravy. They could have asked if that was still okay a lot earlier or see if there was something else that I would have liked. The food was bad and I ended up getting food poisoning after that. I’m really disappointed because the strip basket is always my go to with the gravy. I’m not going back to this location anymore. Mind you it was nearly dead inside so there was no reason to wait 45 minutes for two meals

Ordered a patty melt. Patty was cold. Texas toast wasn’t toasted. No bacon. One onion ring. 15 minutes in the drive thru. For one patty melt. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Would have been better if I went to McDonalds

This place is absolutely the worst. Our meal took almost AN HOUR AND A HALF at the drive through. I understand that sometimes orders get backed up or it gets busy, but it was not that busy. there weren’t even many people inside. They told us to pull up and someone would bring our blizzards. It was another 15 minutes until my friend went inside to ask about them & they told her the machine was broken. while I was waiting in the car, a worker came out and told me that the worker completely forgot about the blizzards and that they would make them. I don’t even write reviews often but this place absolutely sucks. do NOT come here.

Dont order the dr pepper bbq sandwich, its nasty. Staff was more worried about laughing with staff, loud enough to be heard thru out the restaurant and then hugging and flirting with the girls. Non staff behind the counters.

Ya no, the manager thinks it’s acceptable to give people half ice cream on your cupfection. I had to ask them to remake 2 of my ice creams. I gave them a chance to make it right and they don’t care. Your hard earned money is best spent elsewhere go to the fro yo place near the theatre or somewhere else this place ain’t it.
