I raised the issue to MOD and they made things right and I wasn’t asking them to do so.
If you’re like me, you love MOD. The pizza is good and the people that work there are great.
Try the Bonney Lake location.
This MOD is super clean, they’re so friendly. Their production lines are always super clean so I feel good about ordering in or takeout. The wait is never bad and I always feel communicated with.
Cassidy is wonderful, even if I order something complicated she says something to make me feel me it’s easier for her to do it how I asked and and it’s just really nice lol
This MOD just has great overall guest service and food quality. Thanks for taking dinner off my shoulders every so often!
She asked me what type of salad and I had to request new lettuce. The iceberg was brown. The spring mix was empty and the spinach seemed fine.
As I was walking out to the car, I looked down at my sad, looking salad and noticed that the mushrooms were rotten
I went back in and she offered to make me a new salad and get fresh ingredients. What I’m not understanding is why there wouldn’t be fresh ingredients out when I first went in.
What a waste of $12
