I did an online order for a mod size pizza Unlimited toppings. I chose pepperoni and extra mushrooms and then in the special instructions I put please extra extra mushrooms and they completely disappointed me. If it’s unlimited toppings, it shouldn’t matter if I want extra of something. This is somehow extra mushrooms?

The staff is always excellent and welcoming but today I had an exceptional experience with a brunette with sparkles on her cheeks. She was lively, welcoming and rocked it out with everyone that was in line. Keep up the great work guys and gals at this location. Pizzas are done nicely with care and cooked to perfection. Tables and chairs need to be cleaned a little better or redone to make the dining experience that much better

Never ordered ahead before, wasn’t sure how the pizza would turn out, but it worked out for us.
Unfortunately no one greeted me coming inside, which is unusual since there were 3 people all up front and the store was super empty.
I picked up my order, which again no one asked of if I needed anything else and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to show where the to go packaged cheese and peppers are located.
I use to know most of the staff at this location, but even with new faces behind the counter I would believe the manager would prefer good customer service no matter who walks in or stays to eat.
As always stay safe and healthy out there.

I hadn’t been to a MOD Pizza since before covid. The Dillon James Pizza I used to have roasted garlic on it. Very disappointing and ruined the taste to have the minced “jar garlic bits” all over it instead. Won’t be ordering that again! The outdoor seating was right next to the drive-thru intercom, which was extremely loud and non-stop. Not a good place to linger outside. I’ll try inside, next time; and a pizza without the “jar garlic.” (Don’t know if an actual roasted garlic add-on is an option)

Great place, fantastic food. Be sure to carry a few extra bucks. It be a little more spendy than you expect. Lol ….but worth it. And most of all they go the extra mile. In particular the young lady operating the oven…. the pizza cook.. incredibly refreshing bright quick and friendly.

Absolutely remarkable! Some of the best service ever !! They always have good pizza, and I recommend the Carmen before it’s gone, so it now comes down to the staff. Just watching how they interact with each other and serve the customers was pure brilliance! They flow well, they double check your name, apologize if something is wrong, make customers laugh and are super fast and clean. +5 stars!

Mod is always good. The staff seems genuinely happy to work there. I enjoy their cauliflower crust and salads a lot. We are always happy when we come here.

This place is often pretty good. We’ve gone a few times where the oven is allegedly down even tho people still walk out with their pizzas But overall the staff is friendly and the pizza is usually really good.
