Got the same pizza I always get but this time the employee covered it in the balsamic fig sauce instead of the normal amount of drizzle. The balsamic is so strong it is stinging my mouth and barely edible. Used two thick napkins to soak up half of it and it is still too much to enjoy.

Cannot beat the flavor for this price! Unbelievably tasty, I can put as many toppings on my pizza as I ask for & the price of $9.99 never changes! Unreal amount of toppings to choose from too. The staff are all super sweet as well.

A+ if I could give more stars I would. The young gentleman working the night me and my wife went in, we very courteous, attentive, and patient while we worked out what we wanted. Right when we walked in the door we were welcomed with loud greetings and we’ll wishes. The experience really made our day. Thank you guys hope you see this.

I am a customer who visited the MOD Pizza location in Springfield. During my visit, I experienced an incident that i feel like was almost sexual harassment from an employee that’s bald with a ginger beard.
While I was in the store, this individual made an unsolicited and inappropriate comment about my shirt, specifically referring to my cleavage. The remark was personal in nature, not casual or neutral, and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
This behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable in a public place of business. As a customer, I should be able to visit a restaurant without being subjected to comments about my body. This interaction made me feel unsafe and significantly impacted my experience at this location.
I am reporting this incident so it can be taken seriously and properly addressed. No customer should be treated this way while visiting a business.

Great place for pizza. 11 inch pizzas, you can pick your own toppings or choose from one of their named combos off the menu. Lots of seating. They have little chocolate or strawberry lemonade cakes you can get that are delicious. Serve some beer in bottles.

Amazing service! They were so busy this afternoon and both employees had such positive attitude and were encouraging one another so well! I had a pretty big order and I was notified right away that my wait was going to be a little longer, greatly appreciated! Pizza also was amazing!! Thanks Mod!!
