Chipotlane is Usually my go to on the way home for work, but I usually get a burrito. This time I ordered three tacos and looks like I got a burrito bomb. How are you supposed to eat these as 3 separate tacos? They literally just piled it all in the center shell and let the overflow flow into the outside two. At least they got the ingredients right I suppose and provided a spoon but no napkins.

I chose to go to a different location and give it another try. I requested the same bowl as always and I got exactly that except a bit more. As I was eating the food, I noticed that the steak was gummy and had no flavor. Suddenly I felt a crunch and I figured it was odd because i didn’t even order chips. I pulled the piece out of which I thought was something burnt but it was 2 pieces of plastic in my food. This is extremely unacceptable!!! I do not understand how people are back there preparing food and still not be careful!! I will never go back

Chicken was dry, I asked for fajita vegetables and she gave me the very bits of what was left. I asked if they had more or fresher fajitas and she said they were not ready yet. I wasn’t overly happy about it, but I get it. The problem I have is nothing was warm at all. The pico was ice cold. Overall shitty experience at this location.

This chipotle location is top dog. I always order through their app and pick it up in their “Chipotlane”. Always greeted right away by a friendly and smiling team member. Had a long weekend at work so decided to treat myself tonight. The bowl I got was the best one I have ever had from any Chipotle. It was hulking in size, with flavors that would make Gordon Ramsey himself blush. Whatever you guys are doing, you’re doing great!!!

As I come to the reviews on this chipotle it’s easy to see I’m not alone.
When you order $40 worth of chipotle you expect to get some decent food. Between my wife and I the amount of fat in two bowls was about 50% of the meat.
I normally drive to another location but the weather is crap so we ordered closer to our house my mistake.
Chips are the quality of expired MRE crackers, tasteless and half the normal quantities.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls, 1 chicken 1 sweet barbacoa and received hard cartilage chicken with a bone, the meat was cold, the sweet barbacoa burrito bowl was missing the sweet barbacoa, lettuce, and veggies. It was my first time giving this location a try.

Nothing in my burrito was even in my burrito. The rice, beans, meat is all on the outside of the burrito. I can’t even eat it as a burrito and had to transfer it to a bowl. Should’ve just gotten a burrito bowl. The chicken is also completely fatty to the point I have spit most of it out. Ridiculous. Also, the entire thing is ice cold. Money well spent… NOT. I am done with Chipotle for good after this. Trash.

The crew working on Wednesday nights always does a great job. It’s one of the few places open later that I can get a healthy option on my way home from yoga class.
I always do online order & have no issues. Guy working the window is always apologetic if they are out of something. Food comes out great each time.
