First, the good: I’m a big fan of MOD overall, and this location delivers where it counts on people and product. The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and efficient, and the pizza was good—exactly what I expect from MOD. It’s fast, customizable, and consistently solid, which is why I keep coming back to the brand.
Now the hard part—and I genuinely hope the owner or franchisee is reading this. The restaurant was filthy. Light fixtures had burned-out bulbs, there’s a wall with a bunch of exposed Velcro that just looks unfinished, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The soda display case was pulled out with visible trash piled behind it—clearly in plain sight while you’re checking out. If the front of the house looks like this, it naturally makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. This location needs immediate attention on cleanliness and basic maintenance, because it’s falling well short of what the MOD brand should represent.

Go somewhere else. Get a hotdog eat a frozen pizza just don’t eat here. Not hand tossed the kid did not even know what pizza is. Taste like cardboard. Not sure why a counter person needs a tip but did not hesitate to ask. Just don’t go there not a good place.

David is an amazing manager who has one of the cleanest most well organized and allergy friendly mod pizza joints in the Oregon, area that I’ve been to. I have severe dairy allergies and he was able to make me a pizza without cross contaminating anything and keeping his entire area cross contaminant free thank you again for the great experience David.

This place makes a mean Pizza! I have never really been much of a artisan pizza person, always going for the traditional pizza joints, NY style quality and toppings. Or a simple Tombstone at home guy. But I was introduced to MOD a few years back and I get the craziest cravings for them all the time.
The ability to choose the crust, and then the huge selection of sauces, cheeses, toppings and extras is Incredible. Two parts make this so good, if you want a bit more of something you can ask. If you want a simple pizza, create it. If you want the works, like my wife, then order it up!!!
The oven temperature is hot, the crush is always perfectly crunchy and crisp. Nothing better then a the ideal crust consistency.
Order ahead, online ordering and I store pick up is also a great way to go about filling that hunger. For me, the staff is always welcoming and make the choice selections easy and not awkward if you just don’t know what you want. They rock!
P.S. try the Mikes Hot Honey on your pizza for an added kick when you pick it up at the counter.

It is very delicious pizza and very reasonable priced. I like bringing my grandkids here. We can all get our own pizzas with whatever toppings we choose. They do salads as well that look super delicious.

This place is amazing and I wish I knew about it sooner. Great tasting pizza and nice atmosphere. I got a classic pizza and some cinnamon bread with a large Coke for about $13 not a bad deal. Everyone is really nice and the food was amazing.

I ordered with grub hub and they did a great job with my pizza! They did forget my little no name cake tho. But it’s okay I understand it’s a Friday night and they are super busy and it’s a tiny little cake. But great job on my pizza guys!
