I may be a conisour or at least pizza is one of my favorite foods. This, I think, may be my first pizza review. I will try to explain and give my best insight into Mod Pizza. Friendly staff for shure, walking in on a Sunday prelunch only 1 customer ahead of me. The restaurant was large, clean, & well lit in the daytime, also very well laid out. The execution of this restaurant felt almost flawless. While going to a new place can be overwhelming with all the options and uncertainty that an unfamiliar menu may impose, it tends to make me uncomfortable . The idea and dynamic of Mod Pizza most definitely makes it easy for a first-timer like me. I ordered Mega specialty Pizza, it was 16, and some change. I added a couple of extra toppings. The price was beyond decent for the pie. If you don’t already know, this place doesn’t charge per toping like everywhere else.
Hey, the pizza was way above average. Brick oven is definitely an asset to what Mod does. Way different flavors come out than everywhere else that I’ve tried. I look forward unfortunately to revisiting this place and the thousands of combos I can try, Mod you got me… See you soon…Haven’t went back, looking at the photo of my pizza, shure it was good, I now see a poorly made pizza lots of empty spaces where toppings should be. When you’re hungry and not seeing what stands out flavor and hunger can sometimes overwhelm visual quality.

I love how GENUINELY friendly everyone was. My interaction with each person felt like speaking to a friend. Human connection means everything nowadays. The guy who made my pizza asked me how my day went. I told him I work in customer service, he said he feels for me and will make a really good pizza for my dinner. I immediately felt appreciated. I ordered the “Squad’s Fave” salad of the ?? (month, week, ♀️) on the blackboard that has corn, chicken, spinach, red onion, ham, with a sriracha dressing. The girl(salad) who made my salad made sure I felt like I received an amazing value for my money. I asked her if they had salt and pepper cause I like my salads “seasoned”, she enthusiastically told me “yes!”. Then proceeded to let me know that she has oregano and other seasonings available as well. She made that salad with LOVE and I felt the care in every bite I took. I am so full from the salad that I haven’t even touched a bite of the pizza. I am a sucker for a good salad and this salad is TOP NOTCH. Ending my interactions with Mod with the gals (register & handed pizza to me) who helped me check out. I noticed the register display picture said to scan the app for rewards. I told her I didn’t have the app and she quickly adverted any potential crisis by asking for my phone number to look it up. I gave her the digits, she easily found me, and let me know I had a coupon for a FREE No Name Cake. The satisfaction of getting anything free gives me the biggest endorphin rush cause “I know what it feels like to be at the bottom”(90 Day reference ). I thanked her emphatically and relished in how it felt to have been given such great customer service. I walked out of there with love in a pizza box, bag, and most importantly – – my heart. Thank you crew for taking care of me.

So I’ve been here many many times and I love this place but today my experience was wonderful I came with my sister in law that had never been to this wonderful place and boss lady Trish was very pleasant and had no problem explaining to my sister in law about the options and she had great feedback and patience, she also remembered me from previous dine ins that made me feel good. she def is amazing thank you so much Trish for being great to us I will be back for many more experiences. You def made my day well our day and oh ya food was great as always.

Had a great experience at MOD pizza, told the server I had celiac and inquired if they could accommodate that, the manager Trish herself made the pizza for me, they cleaned the surface, changed gloves, used the sauces and ingredients from the back to minimize any cross contamination, also used a new cutter to cut the pizza. So all in all great experience with even better tasting pizza. As someone with celiac who’s always afraid of eating out and having to explain everything, here the staff were just fabulous. Love that they are well trained and aware of dietary needs. Definitely do Try the spicy tomato sauce with pesto, such a great combo.

It was my first time here and it was pretty good. I like how we can each get our own personal pizza and there was a good amount of toppi gs to choose from. There drinks are good and the wait time was quick too. I’ll go in again in the future.

The service here is exceptionally friendly, and the pizza is served quickly and baked to perfection. The restaurant is spacious and spotless, including the clean and hygienic bathroom. The Sriracha ranch is a great addition to any pizza, and the Angry Orchard on tap complements the pizza perfectly. I highly recommend trying the unlimited toppings pizza, which allows for endless customization. This place is perfect for diners of all ages!

We order from MOD pizza about once a month for our weekly card group. It works out great because everyone can order what they want and how they want it. They have so many crust options- thin, thick, cauliflower, gluten free – something for everyone. The toppings are extensive and you can order as many or as few as you want. We order delivery and it shows up still hot and fresh tasting. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. We have only once had a problem and the company was responsive and handled it quickly. We will definitely be continuing to order from them.
