Hadnt been here in a while and the pizza is thinner than usual. Store is dirty, floor speecifically looks like it hasnt been mopped in a while and sticky right by the topping bar.Oh and they hiked the prices recently to top it off. Prices are getting out of hand everywhere.

I actually had to call MOD pizza and thank them for making our dinner tonight. We ordered two pizzas and a large salad. Everything was made exactly as requested. So delicious, fresh and the presentation looks like they made it with care. Thanks again guys! Posting my receipt so the manger can give credit to the staff

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at this location. This person in the picture had the worst customer service, most miserable, I hate my job vibe I ever encountered in a long time. She had a attitude from start to finish. Not only that she has horrible hygiene practices. After she was done with my pizza I seen her wipe her nose touch her cellphone then proceed to make the next customer their pizza! Im not even eating the pizza she made me. Im throwing it away. ask for another person to make your pizza if you see this person! ⚠️

Usually super good…. But i had it delivered to my house and it looks like they just threw everything together super messy and sloppy! Sauce all over the crust and the toppings clumped in spots all over the pizza and then was a little undercooked. Like i said its usually really good but this delivery was pretty disappointing

I recently visited MOD Pizza on Baseline in Laveen and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. From the moment I walked in, there was zero acknowledgment from the staff, which set the tone for what was to come.
The real issue started with the way they handled the toppings. Not only did they skimp heavily on the cheese, but they also used no utensils for handling the toppings. I watched in disbelief as one of the employees grabbed pork pepperoni with his bare hand and then used the same hand to grab pineapples. To make matters worse, there was sausage mixed in with the olives, which is unacceptable for anyone with dietary restrictions or concerns about cross-contamination.
The concept of “fast pizza” was completely lost with the wait times here. The lack of care in keeping things clean and organized was alarming and made me question the overall hygiene of the place. If you have any dietary needs or preferences, I’d recommend being very cautious or considering another location. This visit left a lot to be desired in terms of both service and quality.

Service was angry at us for no reason. Didn’t ring up the right number of pizzas and didn’t apologize or care. Had no understanding of their own new price structure and charged us a different price than what was posted on the menu on the walls.

I enjoyed most of my pizza but look! These last 2 slices were swimming in water and grease. The pizza did not taste fully cooked and nothing on top was crispy. The roasted garlic and peppers were very much raw and the mushrooms were very wet. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Decided to check this recently discovered location close to home, expecting the usual greatness… But sadly, it was not the standard awesomeness that we are used to. The food was not good, the restaurant dirty, tables and all… including filthy bathrooms.
Some of the employees were not wearing hair nets, saw a few hairs on the counters… thankfully I didn’t get any on my pizza.
I will not be going back to that particular location.
