There is a whopper and a chicken sandwich. The whopper had tomatoes that were fresh and juicy. The onion gave a nice snap to the burger. The chicken sandwich was not overloaded with toppings just a reasonable amount of lettuce and mayo. Both mid but okay. The nuggets were okay, just nuggets. The fries were hot and crispy. The combo included 2 sodas.
It’s a good place for a cheap meal and I would highly recommend this location. When I had a problem, they were quick to fix it and I believe it’s only happened once. The workers are polite and friendly. The inside is clean. The bathrooms are clean. Establishment has an “A” rating.
my order price fixed all good!!
Came home buns for chicken sandwich had odd smell looked closer they were moldy!! Really a brand new store only reason I went and the buns have mold on them. Sorry loved Burger King thought they were bringing back good I guess I was mistaken!! Miss my food but won’t be back
I asked very politely, but I was really confused and afraid of her sharp and aggressive behavior. She said “fine, give it to me! I’ll put it in a smaller cup!” I didn’t understand, I ordered a medium, why is it going into a smaller cup? She yelled at me that she “needs somewhere to put the rest of the drink.” I got frightened by her level of aggression so I just handed her the drink. She continued saying something “f-word ice” to her coworker while telling him he needed to do a laundry list of tasks before he could leave. Both of them looking over at me and taking. It was so uncomfortable. I sat in the drivers seat tearing up because I got yelled at by someone for literally just asking for a drink without ice. If they had been busy I would understand being mean to me. But we were the only customers there. It took an additional five minutes to have a medium strawberry lemonade remade (it took 2 minutes for our food, though?) and the whole time this larger female manager is smirking at me as I’m telling my friend I feel upset and scared because I just wanted it without ice. The whole time I sat there wondering if she was going to chuck the drink through my window.
I rarely will ask for things to be corrected, but when I do, this is not the expected response.
This was so awful for me that I sat in the parking lot and cried… I felt so upset to be yelled at over just asking for no ice. I never knew that asking for a drink to be remade without ice could be enough to ruin someone’s entire day.
To the manager who’s entire day (and probably week) that I ruined for asking for my drink to be remade without ice, I sincerely hope you figured out what it was that bothered you enough to take it out on a stranger. I was very kind and polite to you, and you did not deserve me to be. I will never come back here so long as you are employed here.
This disgruntled and unhappy employee made a customer cry for no reason today. I never want to come back here again, this was a horrible experience.
I would really hope the owners reach out to me personally. I’ve already submitted a complaint via the QR code on the drive thru window, and to corporate as well for the crazy behavior.
