Look, I get it… mistakes happen. But for the 2nd time in a row, my pizza has been messed up. I don’t eat pizza very often but when I do, I look forward to it. I’m treating myself. This time my pizza had almost no cheese on it despite ordering three types of cheese on it. I asked for extra ricotta and received none while my bf got some on his. I get when you ask for extra meat, they probably won’t give it to you but when I ask for extra onion and I get literally 3 singular rings, it can be frustrating. I’m kinda over the constant errors especially when the price has been raised

I always have a great time and enjoy the food when I come here I stopped going for a while unfortunately due to poor customer service from previous employees. This time when I went, it was Outstanding. me, and my family were helped by Daniel and Jack, who have exceptional customer service and great personalities. I love the atmosphere, always love the food, and I would recommend this place to anyone and to think before I walked in, I actually stopped at potbelly down the way, who needless to say had the poorest customer service I had experienced in quite a while I feel I made the right decision. The pizza is very tasty the pizza size is very filling. We ordered 2 different salads I was not too fond of the salad. Lettuce pieces are huge and no room to add your dressing. The lemonade drinks taste great. Service was not bad. The location is nice lots of space.

The workers at this location are phenomenal! My pizza maker today was a brown girl with her hair pulled up in a ponytail. She was so sweet, so patient and great at making a beautiful and delicious pizza ! her coworker with the little Bob was also so friendly and helpful! Great girls it makes a huge difference when the workers are kind and friendly. Wed 10/8

It’s hard to find really great pizza, though we’ve found it here! Since my former go-to pizza place “My Pie” closed, Mod has filled the void.
We usually choose the create your own pizza so everyone can order their favorite toppings. The pizza is cooked nicely, with tasty ingredients and lots of pizza topping options. The No Name Cake is a fun chocolatey treat to have for dessert.

I have never had MOD pizza, was looking forward to trying it. Ordered delivery. Who packages a garden salad in the same bag as a pizza? Pizza is cold, salad is warm. They sent no fork or napkins. The salad is so teeny tiny for $10. I ended up using my own salad dressing, whatever they sent was weirdly thin and was bubbling… Smelled like fingernail polish remover. And the pizza looks nothing like the pictures on their website. Just look at those five sad pepperoni. Nowhere I would ever eat again.
