Disappointing return to Mod Pizza. We ordered 2 classic 11 inch pies and one kids meal, as well as 2 drinks, one salad, and one garlic cheese bread. The bill totaled $63 which was higher than the food deserved! The lettuce was old, wilted, and gross and the cheesy bread was stale. The 2 pies they made in front of us were good enough, but not enough to make up for the pain of paying so much for bad extras.
They said they were busy that day, but that doesnt equate to wilted lettuce, right?
Just overall, dont come here for fresh. In fact, I won’t be coming back to this location at all.

This place is close to me, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing pizza I’ve had in a long time. If someone told me it was a Totino’s frozen pizza, I’d believe them. The pizza even looked like to a Totino’s. Only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice and the order was ready at the time they said it would be

To have a pizza place with dietary restriction options is always great. My only beef is the $3 extra charge for a gluten free crust that is almost like eating a cracker and very gritty. Please get a different GF crust Mod or lower the price because I had to force myself to eat it. Posted pictures so others can see and I will try the cauliflower next time.
The regular crusts were fluffy and were only ‘hard’ due to how they fire bake their pizzas.
Otherwise the service was amazing. The staff was nice and the store was well lit and clean.

Generally mid pizza. We had also ordered ahead and showed up at our scheduled time to learn they had only just started making it. Took about 20 minutes longer than we expected. Because it was a business lunch, it meant a delay to our schedule for the rest of the day. Staff was unfortunately not apologetic.
You can customize your pizza, which is cool, but I want more options for premade recipes. I don’t always want to choose what I want, I’m fine just saying “yup, bbq chicken sounds good.” The time we took to fill out the customized order for four of us and then the delay to the order made it more time consuming than I would prefer.

What an amazing experience for a busy shopping day! We got a pizza and shared it and it was cooked to perfection. The service provided by Carson was top notch.
He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. We were greeted warmly by Carson, when we walked in. The staff was efficient and everything moved fast. We didn’t have to wait and the whole experience was uplifting!
The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. We will be returning!

This is a make your own pizza joint. You can choose between different crusts, sauces, and toppings, all for the same price! They have preset pizza combos, wraps, and chicken wings. There is also a “No Name” dessert, which is a larger version of a Ding-Dong. Not sure if it’s worth $3, though.
I got a mod crust (standard crust) Mad Dog. It’s cooked to order, so it was hot and fresh out of the oven. The employees were friendly and will come back if I’m in the area.

There was one girl working and doing everything she was amazing she has short light hair. The other 2 girls were eating and talking with friends while the other girl was very busy. We went in at 8:00 and all the food was not restocked and all the lemonades and teas were empty. Not to sure what’s going on I usually love mod pizza but these girls are not good workers. It took 30 minutes for our pizzas

02/24 – Today we visited mod Pizza, we got there around 4. The employees were really stingy with the toppings when we ordered. We ordered 3 Pizzas and a cheese bread. I’ll attach picture of my pizza, my daughter’s pizza, and the cheesy bread. The person making our pizza looked like she was trying to put as little of each topping as possible.

I was very impressed with the crust, but everything after that was fairly disappointing. They made our pizza, then mistakenly gave it to someone else, so had to remake it. They were extremely slow to begin with, so this made it a very long meal time. 2 of my family members got pizzas that had gorgonzola on it, (not realizing that it was such an overpowering flavor) and could not even eat their pizzas, but because it took so long to get them, they did not have time to order anything else. Oh, I almost forgot, the marion berry lemonade was amazing! I will likely return for lemonade, but may just skip on the pizza.
