Um. I was in here for MAYBE 5 minutes and it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m actually ashamed of myself for not trying this place sooner. Did I mention the pizza looks, smells, and tastes incredible?! 10/5 Stars

First time ordering to MOD Pizza. Their online menu is good, just a bit troubling to navigate. And their delivery was 10 minutes later than the app stated and was tough to track. Other than that, the order was fresh, accurate, and rather inexpensive for what we got. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The pizzas are a bit thinner than competitors, but they make up for it in taste. They are also 11″ in comparison to a Dominos 12″ medium. Their ranch & BBQ sauces tasted great. Overall, it was very good. They just need to touch up on their app & tracking system.

Love the pizza but they ALWAYS forget my mikes hot honey(both Johnstown and greeley location) and why do I have to order a salad thru ur crisp and green if I want different toppings? You should have all toppings available on one order…..its the SAME PLACE! Just paid separately fees and tipped double for separate orders to be picked up at the same place by same driver….smh

Excellent pizza and amazing customer service! I am a hard person to please when it comes to food, and they absolutely nailed it! Every request I made was perfectly done. My husband was there with my kids ordering in person, and the employee was so kind to take my order from over my husband’s phone from me with a cheerful and happy attitude. Our orders all were made exactly right and exceeded my expectations for sure! Definitely recommend, and will be a regular customer Thank you!!!

Been to the Fort Collins Location as well as the Johnstown location and love both the Pizza and the service. Quick and friendly!
Last time at the Johnstown location a month or so back something happened and my cauliflower pizza was delayed. They apologized and gave me a free cake! Only took a couple extra minutes and I probably wouldn’t have even known. But great service and they truly care about their customers.

Great pizza! They had $5 pizza if you put pineapple on it for national pineapple day.
All the staff are very helpful. My sister has a dairy allergy and they are always very accommodating.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. Both were prepared exactly as specified and were ready exactly on time. Toppings were plentiful and both pizzas were top notch quality and flavor. MOD has the best value when i compare to many other pizza places in the area.

I’ve never been disappointed when I order takeout from this MOD Pizza location. Personnel are friendly, the orders are correct and I can’t beat the food honestly. I know, it’s not what many people call authentic pizza, but for what it is, it’s the best comfort food around. And, the salads are bomb!
