Everyone is amazing, so nice. I’ve never had roasted garlic on a pizza before, it was delicious!! Your pizza is made in front of you, comes out so yummy. My only issue is that in the 3 times I’ve been there, the fountain drinks I want (Mtn Dew, Coke) have always been out. For pizza, these drinks are necessities, in my humble opinion.
Very comfortable atmosphere. Price is reasonable. Broad menu options. Wait time has been very short. Great pizza.

Very disappointed. There were hardly any toppings on any of the pizza. We ordered a crispy crust and a regular crust, they were exactly the same. We ordered for pick up at 6pm and they had very obviously been sitting for a long time. We took them home and had to put them back in the oven. Wish I had read more reviews before having over priced pizza.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. The pizza itself was okay, but the service was very poor. The employees seemed confused and were walking all over each other, which led to multiple order mistakes. Orders weren’t being confirmed in front of customers to make sure everything was correct and they were just handing over a slip to check out with, and even that slip was incorrect.
I wasn’t spoken to at the checkout kiosk about my order, and I didn’t receive my drink cup until I had already been waiting for a few minutes afterward. On top of that, I was charged for something I never ordered. When I tried to clarify, I was told that I had already said what I wanted and that it had already been confirmed, which wasn’t true. The employee then ran back to the register to explain to the cashier, adding to the confusion.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location. Going forward, I’ll be using the mobile app to ensure my order is correct.
The floor was also disgusting behind the counter. The customers could see it as they were putting their orders through and it didn’t look like it had been swept a full day. I am a previous supervisor of a restaurant for 4+ yrs and this would not fly if food safety came in. So that would make the food safety questionable to me personally.

We had a party of 4 and we ordered 2 thin and 2 mega dough pizzas and dined in. The food temperature was very hot, which I appreciated. The sauce and topping selection was great although I wish they would have asked how much cheese to adf (ad I prefer minimal cheese on my pizza). The cheese was a little stringy but fully cooked and my son’s pizza was a little burnt. Overall we would recommend Mod pizza.

The staff is very dismissive and very very rude. They barely talk to you and give you rude looks. And are just condescending, they only talk to each other and completely ignore their customers, they use crude language and yell at each other. We used to love Mod the food is great but with the service we won’t be going back.

My wife and I got pizza delivered to us, and have been violently sick ever since. I got the Caspian which has always been my favorite and my wife basically got a pepperoni. Today is Wednesday and with a 102 degree fever and practically living on the toilet since Monday morning, I can say I’m down 7.5 lbs, so there’s a silver lining.
Obviously this is a fluke, and I do think MOD pizza is great, but I’m really posting this in case others were sick the same night because if food is being mishandled, some servsafe training is needed.

Ordered two small pizzas for kids, one sandwich, and one personal pizza for pickup. Everything was under cooked and they forgot to give us our drinks and cake with the order so I had to go back and pick it up. In their defense they were really busy but I’d rather wait the extra 3 minutes to have fully cooked food. The pizzas were also lacking toppings.

Had a base thin crust of pesto and Parmesan, with a second thin crust layer on broccoli, roasted garlic, pepperoni, onion and mozzarella. Best pizza I ever had and I’ve had more than my share. Awesome atmosphere, outdoor patio. Great experience.
