I recently visited MOD Pizza in Kyle for the very first time and was absolutely thrilled with the experience! While the concept of custom, made-to-order pizzas is fantastic, what truly elevated our visit was the exceptional service provided by the entire team.
A special shout-out must go to Ben, who was working the line. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and made our first time navigating the “build-your-own” process seamless and fun. Ben’s positive attitude genuinely made us feel welcome. Beyond Ben, every single employee—from the people crafting the pizzas to the cashier who’s name I didn’t get—was efficient, helpful, and visibly dedicated to great customer service. She entertained my daughter for a while as they created our pizzas and even complimented my “THE USED” tshirt; she was truly a kind soul.
The atmosphere was pretty chill and infused with positive energy, and the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine.
Of course, the pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly, as well as the mega cookie we tried, but the team’s friendly service is what ensures we’ll be back soon. Highly recommend this location!

I used to love this place. mod was my favorite pizza place in Kyle. however, i have had to stop going for my SAFETY 🙁 . about a month ago, i noticed a gnat flying by. gross, but it happens ig. there was a weird chunk in my lemonade but i brushed it off as pulp or whatever. I got sick that night but figured it was a coincidence.
I tried to give mod another chance, but when i came in again for a date night with my bf, gnats were EVERYWHERE and walking on the toppings. it was SO UNSANITARY. looking back, a fly was definitely what was chunky in my lemonade. this is a health hazard. I no longer feel safe eating here. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like if the front is this INFESTED. very disappointing for both of us.

It was so dirty today. I should have known walking in when I noticed even the outdoor area looked dingy. The fresh drinks (like lemonades, etc.) weren’t running (health code?) but there was plenty of beverage still in there. It was just dirty everywhere. The food looked old. The bottled drink section was all warm. None of the tables had been wiped down. I’m hoping we don’t get sick.

Freakin’ awesome! The fact that you can put on as many toppings of whatever type you want and the price does not go up…that’s cool. Pizza was fire oven cooked. Very clean interior dining room. Fountain drinks bottomless. Mod furnishings with local iconic decor. Outdoor seating. Public restrooms. Fun staff. Great place to hang out.

This was my very first time to experience MOD Pizza. I was excited that I got to make my pizza my way! The price was good the food was fabulous! I really enjoyed watching my pizza go into the brick oven and be brought out to me within just a few minutes.
