Update!
I came back with a large party and Chris was so amazing he went above and beyond to help us. Keep up the great work he’s one of a kind!
I had a wonderful experience at MOD Pizza thanks to the incredible staff—especially Joe and Chris. They were extremely helpful and attentive when it came to food allergies, taking the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure everything was handled safely and thoughtfully.
Beyond their knowledge, they were genuinely kind, patient, and super friendly, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. It’s not always easy to dine out with food allergies, but Joe and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for.
This level of service truly stood out. Thank you, MOD Pizza, and a special thank-you to Joe and Chris for making it such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!
*Great customer service (Chance was amazing) he gave me a small intro about the menu
*Loved the Dominic pizza and marrion blackberry lemonade
Definitely recommend! And I will be coming back.
They now serve Square pizza! (Or so it seems)
October 27 2023 update. I was reading some of the one star reviews concerning the rudeness of the staff and the shortages of toppings and sauce. Get ready folks, times are changing. I was there the other day, and although Damien, the prior store manager has moved, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
When I asked for a lot of cheese, they put three full scoops of mozzarella on my pie. When I asked for “a lot of pepperoni“ they went ahead and made me proud. The taste of the pizza was phenomenal. The extra cheese and pepperoni made all the difference in the world.
I guess the negative reviews have done some good because their work process has improved.
October 26, 2024 update: we were in the store yesterday and noticed that the standard “mod“ pizza came out of the oven with a thicker crust then we have had in the past. I don’t know what they did, but between the thicker crust, and plenty of pepperoni and mozzarella, the pizza was just simply unbeatable. Keep up the good work.
November 15, we returned to the store and we were served by this mature woman who was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the absolute best pizza we have had from Mod or anywhere. I will hope that she is working various shifts and will always ask for her when we come in. Her pizza was worth waiting for.
Occasionally will be out driving, coming home from running errands and needing a soft drink to quench our thirst. Going into a convenience store doesn’t get it. We go to Mod, pay for our drinks fill up the cups and sit down and we can sit there for as long as we want, enjoying the drinks and chatting, and, talking about what for the rest of the day. It’s very comfortable and they never bother us about ordering anything to eat or we’re planning on staying.
The only thing I don’t like about this branch of Mod is that the person preparing the pizza tends to rush you to tell them what you want on it. While they’re putting one item on, they want you to go through your list and tell them what else you want on the pizza. I don’t find that to be Effective and you tend to lose track.
I am not an employee nor a shareholder, but just an interested customer from the area.
And yes, as shallow as my last boyfriend
This was our first time at a mod pizza.
Pros:
I like the concept, the broad range of choices of toppings and sauces. My pizza was good. I should’ve said yes when they asked if I wanted a finishing sauce.
Cons:
The bathroom was dirty, only unisex bathrooms available, and brooms and mops were lying on the floor outside the bathroom so you had to step over them to go in and out. This was disappointing for a brand new restaurant. No matter what you think about gender rights and bathrooms, people who pee standing up tend to make unpleasant toilet situations for people who pee sitting down. It is what it is.
The choice of drinks was very narrow. The unsweetened tea option was clean and empty – empty as in they hadn’t made any at all. The only no sugar options available were plain soda water, water, and coke zero. I got the sweet tea, but it didn’t taste very good.
