They keep the buffet price so low because they don’t put anything on it. We got there at 5pm when the buffet is from 4-7 and there was not one hot food available. Before we even paid I asked if the buffet was open and she snapped at me that it’s from 4-7. Maybe she didn’t realize she was an hour into the buffet, but there were other customers waiting. The only offerings on the buffet were cheese bread, pepperoni pizza, supreme pizza, and cinnamon sticks. Not worth the time or money.

There wasn’t a whole lot on the buffet and some of what they did have the trays were empty and when we asked if they were bringing out more we were told they were out of it.$30 isn’t bad for 2 people but when you have to spend another $25 to order more food definitely not worth it.

Told me it would take about 50 minutes to get here they was about 30 minutes past that by the time they got here my food was soggy just threw it in the trash it was nasty I usually don’t have problems with them delivering but I don’t know if it’s a new driver or what the food definitely wasn’t worth eating when it got here

They make you pay for the buffet up front so you can’t leave from the bad service.
Genuinely the worst place to eat in New Philadelphia, no, Tuscarawas, no, northeast Ohio.
They claim there is a buffet, but we came here at 5 and there was already a few families here and two pizzas out. Two parties of 8 came in after us and a couple more couples.
They actually just ran out of those two pizzas and would put out one pizza every 10-15 minutes and let the hungry customers fight like animals over what scraps their god East of Chicago allowed them to have.
Eventually they ran out of paper plates and that was just when we decided to leave, since I wasn’t going to put my air pizza on my air plate to eat.
Gross facilities that are unkept, no paper towels or soap in the bathroom, flies in the dining room, and chairs propping doors open and strewn about.
Don’t go here, go somewhere else. You deserve better, man.

50 bucks and all I enjoyed was the salad. The blt sub was not well tosted, the bacon was all in the middle of the sub. The wings, honey mustard had little to no flavor. Bone in garlic wings were soggy, never had soggy wings before. Will probably never order here again!!Also I couldn’t give a review without giving a star. I didn’t think it even deserved a star.!

We have been here for the buffet many times and it is usually good. Today 7/6/25 we went and they were out of many things. We (and other customers) had to keep asking them to bring out more pizza several times, the lettuce for salads was empty for 45 minutes,we had to ask for French dressing, there was no pasta salad and it was not filled at all while we were there,we ask for sweet rolls and were told they would put them on and we waited 25 minutes and they weren’t brought out so we left. I would not recommend this buffet. Thanks you ruining my birthday dinner.☹️
