On some real transparency. Food is great , my experience just honestly sucked lmao. Came in with year and a half old and ordered. We’re driving from Dallas to San Antonio and needed a break, chose this place over Torchys since I never been and I ordered my pizza and I’m very obviously juggling a baby. The girl at the front working brang a pizza to the table before me and then proceeded to call my name to collect my own pizza. Mind you I’m alone. I then have to pick up my baby to collect my pizza which is totally fine but for you to bring the pizza to the people before and after me is just honestly kind of wack , food was good enough for me too not get too petty and say anything but that honestly was just really rude.
Update: wanted to add that the other employees were really nice and the nice young man offered to pick my plates and such up bc I was unsure on if I should leave it or not. Just that lady with the glasses checking me out lmao. I don’t know what she thought she was doing trying to not bring me my food as she brought everyone else’s but do better as a person honestly. You get nowhere trying to prove a point by not doing your job !!

I had a wonderful experience at this pizza place! Leno the gentleman took the time to educate me on their menu, and his friendliness made my husband and me feel welcome. We didn’t dine in, but upon entering the building to pick up our order. The place was clean, and the staff was welcoming. Service was great and the food was too. You can build your order online, or build it in person. Everything was made just the way we ordered, the food was delicious. They have so many topping and sauce options, and no matter how many toppings you choose the price never changes, that was super awesome. We were in Waco, TX for a conference and took a chance. It is a chance I’d definitely take again. They also have the option to donate to kiddos fighting Leukemia & Lymphoma that was twice as nice to us !!

Very clean. Cute and modern. Loved the true authentic taste of the pizza and cheese bread. The drink choices were very nice and awesome to be free refills.

Love this pizza because you can choose your own toppings and they are unlimited! However, they never seem to have enough employees working, so there is a long wait, even when there aren’t many people in the restaurant. It’s also a little pricey.

today was not a good Mod’s day. My hubby and I got there early afternoon and there was only one other customer there. The crew did not greet us. No bad feelings, ordered a pizza for our liking and waited patiently . I always order fresh arugula on our pizza after it is baked.
The arugula was more yellow then green = not fresh anymore. I pulled some off after we got seated and showed it to the baker – no answer, no apologies, no replacement (fresh arugula)offer. The pizza was good as usual but the disinterest from the staff was noticeable negative. The photo will only show the last leaves I picked off. They gave the same wilted stuff to another lady after us.
