I visited MOD Pizza around 7:30 PM on January 16 and had a disappointing experience due to the attitude of one of the employees working at that time. He was a white male wearing a salt life hat. The employee I interacted with was noticeably passive-aggressive, responding curtly to basic questions and making the interaction uncomfortable rather than welcoming. I hope management can address customer service standards so future guests feel respected and valued.

Our pizzas were delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh and since it’s straight out of the oven, it tastes like a homemade pizza rather than fast food. We waited less than 10 minutes for 3 pizzas.

We visited this location at around 5:30 PM. The restaurant was slow when we arrived, and we waited in line for about 3 minutes. We enjoyed that we got to pick a variety of different toppings for out pizzas and the preparation was meticulous. We ordered 3 pizzas, and they all turned out so well that we wanted to get a pie to-go. We waited roughly 15 minutes in line for the order. The preparation seemed extremely rushed and shortcuts were taking place due to the long line. The sauce, toppings, and cheese were less than what we got on our 1st order of pizzas. The employees were using their hands instead of utensils to put the ingredients on the pizza. Compared to when I was standing in line at 5:30, this time they didn’t care at all. Upon asking for fresh basil, the reply from the young pizza maker was “we don’t have it anymore” with attitude and no apology. Once again, the quality of the pizza is GREAT, but only if the restaurant is not busy.

My pizza was absolutely delicious! Friendly staff. This is the 3rd MOD pizza location that I’ve been to, and the root beer soda did not taste right at this location and one other. Had to resort to the lemonades. I will keep coming back for the delicious pizza

Update 2024 the staff is always friendly and I noticed a saying on the paper for the pizzas and it says we’re not at a pizza place, we are a people place and I love that⭐ so I really love that you can get tons of ingredients on your pizza and it’s really cool that the staff is super chill and super friendly. you always get good vibes with a awesome atmosphere. I definitely have to mention the lemonade because it tastes amazing, so I don’t know if there’s such a person that doesn’t like pizza but if there is, just stop by and try the lemonade ❤
