They always seem understaffed and the staff often appear unkempt. About half the time I’ve gone in the lobby has needed cleaning. I like the Beef and Cheddar, but other sandwiches have seemed dry to me, and the curly fries often seem stale.

Everything was hot and fresh. But I did have to go back to pick up the au jus for the French dip I ordered. They got it for me right away, but it would have been better if I didn’t have to drive back to go get it.

I got the new macaroni steak bowl. It was over 8 dollars for about 3 1 inch nuggets of steak in a 2 inch deep bowl only half full. The food taste good but they barely put anything in the bowl. I would like to show a picture of the food, but there isn’t an option

Arby’s is probably the most consistent of the fast food restaurants in Casper. The quality of the food is always high….. Everytime. They don’t accept Bitcoin yet or I would have given 5 stars. Hopefully soon though. Keep up the good work here:)

I got drive through early dinner for road trip (3 hrs) home. It did the job. The ham & Swiss sandwich seems lacking in cheese & flavor but was ok.

The Arbys was easy to access from the highway and close to many gas stations with plenty of parking. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. Customer service was great. The food was typical Arbys fare. The milkshake machine was down. The prices were reasonable and they give a military discount.

The order itself wasn’t much. French dip meal w a sprite that tasted like water and cardboard. Kids meal jal bacon wrap and a Greek gyro. Had to repeat the order four times couldn’t hear or something. Just to pull up to pay to hear about how they didn’t like working there and applied for the company car we were driving in previously rather funny will come back for sure. Just order less food and no soda
