Shame on me for thinking that this location will ever get their act together and that I will have a good experience here. I literally had that conversation with the family next to mine as both our families suffered through the ordeal of trying to order, receive and eat our burnt disgusting pizza over the course of over an hour.
Well after tonight I’m done. No more. Until I see a sign in the window proudly proclaiming “now under new management”, I’m done allowing them to redeem themselves.
Management of this store is doing a disservice to the brand and franchise by not properly staffing, training or supervising their employees. Food quality is horrible, time management is nonexistent, cleanliness is out the window, and the experience is disgusting. One employee had his beer belly falling out the front of his too small shirt over his athletic shorts.
Oh and the food. See picture of my crispy pizza. My son’s pizza was so burnt I had to ask them to remake it and then they gave me a half cooked pizza in return.

I’ve never been to any locations in person but I’m so glad I did today! If I could give six stars for the service I would, Matt was the one who took care of me and my family today and we were treated so well and we left very satisfied. While ordering he helped us and recommended us things that he thought we’d like, and we did like them indeed. Loved the food!! I’ll definitely be back ❤️

Its really good freshly baked. No oil in the bread very fresh and crispy. You can add as many toppings as u like. Customer service was good. Followed all the instructions. Beat to dine and eat fresh.

Another good build your own pizza or salad joint. I like everything so far, I recently tried the cake (Hockey puck lol) and I thought it was tasty. The service is consistent and the people are nice. I hope this place keeps up the good work, finding good service is becoming more difficult these days.

Made our pizza with the wrong base and didn’t think to call or tell us prior to making it and handing it to us that they didn’t have pesto. They gave us a side cup of it, so that doesn’t make sense. My pizza was burnt to hell. So we had to come back to get it remade. Didn’t say sorry or anything. The worker just had an attitude and said, “We don’t have any pesto.” All the workers are standing/sitting around on their phones.

It was fun to see all of the customizations at your disposal for creating your perfect pizza! There was also a huge board with special creations for you to choose from.
On this first visit I decided to try one of the pizzas from the menu, while my wife and son created their own. I went with a classic Margherita style pizza finished with a drizzle of pesto sauce. The pizzas came out quick and hot! We can’t wait to go back and try more that MOD has to offer!

Pizza was made fresh right in front of us from the dough right to the oven ! $11.00 for any and all of the toppings you can have and want . Staff was friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. I would definitely recommend this place to try it out. We will be back as this is our new favorite pizza place!
