Placed an order online and it gave me an eta of 15 mins. I left the house8 minutes later. When I arrived, about 7 minutes drive, the restaurant was empty. The 3 workers were standing around doing nothing and there were a rack of pizzas waiting to be put in the oven. Though they were not busy and no customers, they were not putting pizzas in the oven. When I inquired as to why I had to wait an additional 7 minutes, the gen z worker told me that the online was an estimate… though they were NOT BUSY AT ALL. When my food was done, I held out my hand to get my food, and the lady worker put it on the counter instead of my hand. When I said thank you, she just walked away without a word….DO BETTER!

Upon our first visit here recently, this is now a family go-to favorite for pizza – we absolutely loved it. The Roasted Brussels Sprouts salad is unique and delicious. My husband had the Blackberry Lemonade to drink and he said it was some of the best lemonade he’s ever had. I’m not a big pizza fan (hence, the salad, which I ate with a slice of the pizza my husband ordered) …. but when I do eat pizza this is definitely the type of pizza I enjoy.

We’ve given this place chance after chance but today was the last straw. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong. Our pizza today had a HAIR baked into it (and the order was wrong again). On my way out of the store, an employee coming on shift walked by me completely stoned and wreaking of pot. We’re over it. We’ll never be patrons of this Two Notch location again.
