Food was good. Pizza worker was visibly upset that she was the only person on the line while the line was out of the door. The dining room hadn’t been attending to in some time as myself and others had to clear off our own tables and wipe them down in order to sit and eat.

I did not know what to expect when I walked in. Someone said that it was like the subway of pizza, and they were right. You basically just walked down the line and tell them what you want on your pizza and they put it in the brick oven. I also fell in love with their blackberry lemonade! Awesome. The pizza was great, I got the double crust (a little thicker) with white sauce, every meat and most of the vegetables.

I am hoping that the way this pizza looked was a result of it being close to closing time, AND it being a Grubhub order. The toppings were extremely sparse [lacking]. It had some burnt areas, but nothing excessive. It was a bit bland. Thank goodness I asked for some extra sauce. I’m going to try to go into one of the establishments and see if I receive a better product. But I’ll honestly say it wasn’t terrible…or was it that I was starving.

Reminds me of YOUR PIE in Georgia. I always get the build your own pizza, vegan cheese, and plant based Italian sausage with pineapples, olives, and mushrooms. They always change their gloves and use a different cutter. I lo e the Buffalo dipping sauce!

I visited MOD Pizza on August 22 2023 around 3:30. The restaurant was dirty. All of the tables were disgusting and there was trash all over the floor. After we entered the restaurant the doors locked behind us preventing us from sitting outside and returning to get our food. The AC wasn’t working and it was extremely hot as well. It took over 10 minutes for the staff to address our group. The prep line was dirty and there was trash behind the prep area on the floor. The staff was extremely rude and didn’t have money in the cash register to break a $20. I do not recommend this location at all and would give it a 0 if I could.

I’ve been to this MOD a few times and normally have an okay experience. But today was pretty bad. I walked in (around 4:30pm) and immediately noticed how dirty the food station was. It looked like they just made 100 pizzas, yet the store was basically empty. There was cheese littered all over the counter and in some of the veggies.

Good pizza. Great prices. Great service. Clean and nice place. We ordered salad pizza: Italian salad with Chicken and artichoke on gluten free (friendly) crust and a Dominic on mega dough pizza. One price per pizza with 30 toppings to choose from. Servers were very attentive and really focus on the oven turning pizza yet still serving customers at the same time. Place were clean. I recommend this branch. So much better than the one on Battlefield Boulevard.

Went to MOD at the Outlets at 7:00pm on Aug 30, 2023.Walked in and only saw 2 employees a girl and a guy.The girl was clearly doing everything. Only 2 orders in front of us we waited for 25 mins, finally another employee emerged from the back. There was no dough ready, like 10 online orders on the counter and one just arrived in store that had not been started yet. SO now we are listening to them say they needed to do those now, instead of waiting on us…no one said anything to us or even acknowledged us. The work station was a horrible mess, food every where all over the floor and several ingredients not filled and I heard one of them say, “just tell them we don’t have it” as the girl has it in her hand. Then a cloud of weed enters and the guy who brought it in was an employee, so the whole shop now smells like weed. We had enough and walked out, with now about 10 people still waiting to place an order. There is clearly a management problem here. Please fix this. The location is convenient, but with current staff we will probably not be back anytime soon

My first time here and the customer service and food were both superb! Jasmine, Zaria and Keith were wonderful. The customer service was second to none. We will definitely be back – The Outlets Mall location is the one you need to try. You won’t be disappointed.
