Our pizzas were absolutely terrible. Ordered “extra crispy” and even still the thin dough was some how raw in the middle. Toppings looks like they were thrown on by a kid. We will never return. Waste of money.

I arrived w/a group of 6. We were all able to sit comfortably in their booth. The staff was so pleasant. I love the spicy pizza sauce & LACTOSE FREE CHEESE YAY‼️I asked what was the thickest crust they had, the staff told me the one he chose is the thickest. However, the crust was still thin as a cracker. I love thick crust, so maybe I’ll ask the staff to put two crusts on top of each other instead of one. Overrall, I enjoyed the “Subway” effect. They make your pizza custom made & you can see the toppings that are available & tell them how much you want. I’ll be back!

I love MOD Pizza. It’s a very smart and organized custom pizza place. You choose your size and then get it loaded with whatever you want. A quick oven fire and it’s ready to eat. Good seating option.

Came here to get two pizza upon arrival was met with a very impatient rude and non inviting environment. Manager name Brent / was the one that was going to make my pizzas upon expressing politely my concern for the cross contamination of my pizza and pizza crust due to him wearing no gloves and putting my crust on top of another customers crust which by the way was raw leaving me to be concerned he shrugged his shoulders and simply replied that this is how he always makes the pizzas . Extremely unsanitary and by no means was he even willing to remedy the situation by taking the proper staff for safety and health reasons. The photo I submitted you can see employees in sweat pants no proper hair caps or gloves to avoid contamination.

Place were messy. Servers had there back turned why I had to wait over a minute before they took my order. They were confused with salad pizza on cauliflower crust asking me what salad size also looking at the 2 salad promo. Fortunately, someone else came to the rescue and knew what I was ordering. The guy baking the pizza does not really pay attention to the pizza in the oven. Just waiting. He looked messy and also spilling sauce everywhere. All the juices were almost empty. Not as good as the one at the outlet in Norfolk. Good thing: the pies were still good.

Tried MOD for the first time and what a disappointment it was!
Online Order was placed 3 hours in advanced only to have it cancelled. Store didn’t apologize or make any attempts to rectify the matter after I called numerous times
Store was notified and new order placed but when I attempted to give the my cc # Paula said she would transfer me to someone who would take the information.
Needless to say no one came to the phone so I hung up and call back only to be told they can’t accept a cc over the phone.
This would not have been an issue if I was picking up the food but someone else was already in route to retrieve the food with the assumption that it was paid for.
When the Pizzas arrived they were super small (personal size),dry, tasted horrible and paper thin. In addition I didn’t receive my side sauce. Such a waste of $23.00.
Would not recommend MOD.
Pizza Hut is much better.

Great pizza. I had the Caspian, a chicken bbq pizza. They make the pizza right in front of you and provide you with an opportunity to add toppings as they go. Then they throw you pizza in the oven. About 5 minutes later you have a great pizza. I would also recommend trying the no name cookie. It’s kind of like a larger soft Oreo covered in chocolate. In a word, delicious.

This pizzeria was nearby our hotel at Virginia Beach. This is great place to build your own pizza with different types of sauces, different kinds of cheese and also all the toppings you can think of adding to your pizza available for you to make your pizza more delicious. This was our first time visiting this place. The food was delicious, staff was humble and welcoming and ambience of the place was great too. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

First and last time there. I don’t like how ALL of the food is exposed. The pizza dough is sitting on open racks. There are flies (yes, flies) flying around. All of the ingredients are exposed. I paid $20 for exposed to flies food and an employee with a bad attitude problem. Customer service was really bad. When I asked the employee a question, she looked at me and said “WHAT?” like I just insulted her mother. The pizza was mediocre at best. This is my first and last time coming to this overall nasty restaurant.

We ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were undercooked and rubbery. One of the pizzas was made completely wrong so we requested a refund for only 1 pizza and she told us we had to drive back in (20 min away). Not an option for me. I told her I couldn’t do that and she hung up the phone. I called right back and said I wanted to speak to someone who had the ability to refund me over the phone and she hung up again. Honestly they were really rude and disrespectful and their pizza tasted awful.
